Surfside Inn is a beautiful resort. Stayed in the two bedroom suite, lots of room and very clean. Lovely pool area with many life guards and lots of lounge chairs. Food was good for a good price. Staff was exceptional. Our first encounter was with Sergio on the front desk. Very professional and welcoming. Any staff members we encountered were welcoming and helpful. Bus transportation to the parks were frequent and convenient.

The property was great - clean, friendly staff and just what we needed. There is a Walgreens across the street that looked convenient. We didn’t end up walking over, but it looked like we could have if we needed anything. The shuttle was mostly reliable, but there was one day when there was a long line. We waited about 10 min and then the bus was full by the time we walked up. We were told there was a bus right behind us, but it didn’t come for another 20 min.

We found this resort very good staff were friendly an helpful. Food wash fresh and really quite good. We took this option to be close to the parks and to not need to hire a car, this worked out well. Only negative was one bus driver who was very rude and clearly is of the opinion that only people in wheelchairs can be disabled. Fortunately we are used to the small minded, and certainly an exception rather the rule at this resort.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was exactly as described, worked well for our family of 5. Dining was fine for our 3 night stay. If we would have stayed longer, additional options would have been nice, but it was OK for a couple evening dinners after the parks. Transportation was convenient with the shuttle right outside. Pool and pool bar were nice although we did not utilize them very much after long days at the parks. Only annoyance is the drink cup situation - for the purchased drink cups, you have to have one set of cups for the resort and then another set of cups for the machines at the park. Just charge a little more so they can be used at both locations. Definitely did not get our money's worth with the resort cups as we were at the parks most of the time and had to use our other park cups. Overall a great stay here, would recommend to others.

At first it was ok til an incident happen I made a complaint and was comped dinner for our last night but some people need to Understand never judge a book by its cover because I understand Spanish …. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned sheets wasn’t either I refused housekeep because they would rush me outta my room I paid 1,200 for !!! The room had a mold odor thermostat did not work I had to buy air fresheners if I stood for 2 days I probably wouldn’t had noticed but this was my home for 6 days and it wasn’t great maid service is rude !!! Starbucks girls talk too much everytime I’m just waiting for an order !!! And the only thing worth eatting was the pasta !!! Oh did I mention the tv didn’t work and all we was able to watch was hallmark !!!!!
