The staff were so wonderful! Any questions I had the answered for me and they were absolutely so kind! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Highly recommend! The pool and the hot tub were clean and they constantly had the cleaning crew coming out to collect the towels and to clean up the area. The outside area was so beautiful and the fire being on every night was so relaxing. The room was cleaned everyday and always had fresh towels! After every clean it was like walking into a brand new room. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It was a little too pricey for me. I door dashed or went somewhere else.

Universal Dream
The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and top tier. I will be staying here on my next visit to Orlando. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The on site amenities were amazing with restaurants and dessert. The deal for this hotel I got was unbelievable for what you get with it. Not to mention it’s minutes from Universal which is super convenient with the bus shuttle or even uber. The only downfall I had was with the bus driver which doesn’t reflect on the hotel at all. I had to ride uber and spend extra money due to the bus driver refusing to let us and others on the last bus from universal after waiting well before time for the bus to arrive. We were told as long as we were there by 7:35pm we’d get on the bus and we were left stranded after rushing to the bus due to the bus driver picking and choosing who got in by letting everyone cut in front of us. There needs to be a better way to handle rides from universal to the hotel just like there is from the hotel to universal. This was my only negative experience and again this doesn’t reflect on the hotel but on the bus driver. I’d also like to mention the Christmas decor at the hotel was unbelievably gorgeous! I’m sad I forgot to get photos of it!
