Im a big fan of Sheraton. I have stayed in all of their hotels multiple times. I prefer hotels far from recreational venues but for the Sheraton brand I'll make an exception. I have to admit I have not stayed at this particular property in about 6 years but this visit had me wondering if I would ever stay again. The check in person did not ask if i had a vehicle di not give me a pass for a vehicle so when returned to my vehicle in the morning there was a note in my car saying i was in violation. When i went to the desk to ask why i had this notice i was told i needed to pay $15 for parking. News to me as no one said anything and I've never paid for parking in any of their locations before. Guess its a new rule I personally will never stay in a hotel that charges customers for parking.

I called to ask about early check in because my flight landed at 9AM, well I was told that yes it could be possible and ask at the check in desk. I arrived and was greeted with a smile. When I asked about the early check in again she said yes and even managed to assign the room next to mine with my traveling companion. EXCELLENT JOB, THANK YOU!!!

The property it self is so dirty. It smelled like mold in there. They say free shuttle to universal but some how not for hhn, they have hhn tickets and posters all over the lobby. the shower drains don’t work. and the ceiling is dripping of water everywhere

This was the best experience in an Orlando Hotel that I have had. The staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!
