The only thing I didnt really like is the pool was heated to the point of a hot tub , we expected to have a nice COOL dip after being hot and sweaty at the park all day but it still helped with our sore muscles

The hotel room was very dirty, both in the main area and in the bathroom. Additionally, very noisy. We called the front desk to make a complaint and they didn’t answer.

This hotel is in desperate need of a real refurbishment. My room had a plate sized hole cut out of the carpet, that I assume was done to get rid of the stain. The bathroom looked like it had multiple layers of paint painted on to make the appearance of newer facilities. The air condition was so loud I couldn't hear the television. And, to add insult to injury they have one of those incredibly pushy timeshare people in the lobby that not only followed me to the elevator when I checked in, but also tried to follow me outside to my uber when I was leaving to go to the parks. I do not recommend at all, switched to the Universal hotel across the street the next night and the $40 saved staying at Four Points was not worth the hassle and poor quality of this hotel. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because I never saw any bugs so I guess that's a positive.
