Resort needs maintenances: Building paint, door’s paint, new comforters…and most important, offer a better food. The pancakes can’t be eaten. Flavor was like cardboard. I love this resort, I have been there like 6 times, but unfortunately I have been seeing how the service, building and room condition is devaluating with the time.

Love staying at this property so much to do. However this stay I was disappointed by the the cashier at the restaurant Friday morning went to pay for breakfast and the lady was very rude and snippy so uncalled for. Also the amount of employees on their phones instead of paying attention to the people needing help. Front desk and the park ticket. Ladies were very sweet and helpful.

Room was filthy

My experience this time around was not good. I came for my and my son’s birthday. The room was filthy, I had a toe nail in my soap. There was hair in sink, bathtub, and room smelt strong like “urine”. Iron didn’t work, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, parking and gates didn’t work with cards. Needed my cards to be reprinted three times. I was rushed out of my room since 930 am when check out is at 11. My son had an allergic reaction in the room. He broke with hives when laying on the bed. I washed him and when I put him again on bed he broke out in hives. I believe the blankets are not washed. There had to be dog hair in the room, as that’s what my son is allergic to. Last time I stayed here, did not experience this at all. It’s very nasty the room we were “upgraded” to complimentary. I’ve complained several times, and all they offered was one night of free parking. Instead of switching our rooms.

It took us 20 to 30 minutes just to check in and they had four people at the front desk but they had room for a whole lot more and they needed a whole lot more.
