BEST resort
This resort was AMAZING!! It’s perfect for any type of vacation and fits the needs of all. We spent our honeymoon relaxing on the beach and sitting by the pool. This resort is a perfect getaway.

Almost all resorts outside USA, are amazing because they need the tourism dollars. This place is the first resort in USA that i have been to, that is as excellent. You don't see this kind of excellent service inside US states.

We had a few issues with the room we had. Room 2201 was above the housekeeping closet and their door banged constantly. Also, very poor water pressure in the shower, the toilet paper holder was in a very awkward position and the bed was too big for the room. Very disappointed overall.

This resort didn’t live up to our expectations. It is a glorified motel. Outdoor access rooms, balconies that over look parking lots. Random service charges at the end of the stay for amenities we didn’t use. Issues with the reservation not being there. Stay at one of the boutique hotels around the area over this one. Over priced and under delivered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property! Well maintained. Our room and bathroom were spacious areas. My daughter and I enjoyed yoga two mornings. Pools were nice and clean. The location of the resort is perfect! We were right on the water and yet walkable to many shops, attractions and restaurants.

I was absolutely shocked at how hard it was with your customer service rep to figure out the itemized bill. He kept saying “that’s strange. Maybe the third party Expedia did that? What did they tell you? Do you have their email?” That did not make me feel comfortable. Plus, I was paying for my staff to stay there on a retreat and the front desk tried to upsell them at Check-in. Plus, they automatically added parking without asking if we needed it. We live here. We don’t have a car here.

When I was leaving I found out that there were options for our wine vip self but the staff member who helped me only offered me red even though we didn’t like red. We ended up leaving our unopened bottle in the hotel room. Some staff were friendly and some staff ignored us even though we said hello or good morning. It was odd because so many employees were so nice. The one off interactions made for a weird experience.

Southernmost was great from the renovated rooms/baths to the staff who were all SO accommodating! The pools are nice, it is lovely to have restaurant/bars on site! A great experience!

We had a bizarre evening and were awoke at 10:30 pm by a crew reconstructing the sea wall outside our room that was loud and CRAZY- flood lights and all shining into our room. The report, considering we booked the most expensive room, is average as was the restaurant. Our room service was awful, some days no wash cloths, others no hand towels one day no service at all/ — weird.
