Good morning. I made a reservation for a hotel in Tampa and the system confirmed the date for the 20th to the 21st of November and I booked it for the 19th to the 20th. At the hotel reception the receptionist added the correct night from the 19th to the 20th. Yesterday when I went to check out I was confirmed Expedia will be responsible for refunding the amount. I request a refund to my credit card. Thank you very much. Expedia is the one who needs to resolve this. Please request a refund of the excess amount. I used it one night and was charged for two.

well designed property, what a central location to many of the areas amenities. the staff was very professional, hospitable and genuinely willing to assist with any needs. I would definitely revisit this location and recommended to anyone planning to visit Tampa area

I like the location. Easy to uswe it for a base of operations. I also enjoyed the proximity of the Bahama restauanr. The sign at the entrance was damaged. I assume during the hurricane. I understand, but I had difficulty finding the place.

Honest review. Booked studio suite with 2 beds on Expedia. Check in staff super nice BUT we were given key, upon entering room, there was only one bed & someone elses belongings still in room. Alarming. Irritated, called front desk they claim they don't have 2 double bed suite to contact Expedia. Upon that statement I call Expedia livid. They then put me on hold to call the hotel directly. After 50 min on hold with Expedia, we got fed up and went in, apparently Expedia was off phone with hotel 20 min prior but had not returned to my call! Hotels solution was to comp us another single bed room so we could comfortably sleep. Upon entering THAT room, someone else belongings were in it. Now super annoyed went back to reception area where they had given us key to wrong room and wrong room number all along and the room we were supposed to have all along had 2 double beds......So bc of hotel reception mess up we waited over hour to get in our original booked room; however, Expedia didn't help either bc they never came back on phone and kept me on hold. If you have second floor room, many stairs, walk carefully. Im thinking at one point these were long term stay hotel or individual apartments. Other than that it served its purpose.
