The split floor plan with two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths upstairs, and one bedroom, a bath, and a den with pullout downstairs, make this house perfect for families or groups. The upstairs space includes the main living area, kitchen, and dining, plus a large deck overlooking the pool and beach. Wake up to sunrise everyday over the ocean with your cup of coffee enjoying the ocean breezes! The downstairs den is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch a movie or play a game of foosball. An elevator provides the indoor access between the two floors; the outside deck stairs may also be used. The house comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies so that you can cook "at home," along with soft bath and beach towels, and crisp bed linens. Atlantic Splash is located on breathtaking, wide St. Augustine beach. Healthy dunes and foliage create a perfect place for spotting all kinds of wildlife. Watch for gopher tortoises along the beautiful path to the beach and dolphins swimming offshore! Great Place!

We had a wonderful time at the house. We enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and pool. We enjoyed sitting on deck listening and seeing the ocean. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and a few boogie boards. We liked having the elevator to bring luggage up and down. The only thing that could be improved on is the door lock code worked on the upstairs door keypad but not the downstairs door keypad. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed everything about it. Property is as advertised - close to beach, excellent deck area, spacious and clean inside. Convenient to local restaurants and the grocery store. Don’t underestimate how good it is to have the pool - our granddaughter loved it as a change to the beach…and she could not get over the inside elevator! Would stay here again for sure.

Our family had a great vacation in this house. Size was perfect for us with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and the elevator were wonderful features. Management was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Improvements I would suggest would be airconditioning and kitchen. Private location in less crowded area of St Augustine

The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all of our pre trip questions about the property. The location is in a less commercialized area of St Augustine which was very nice and the beach was not crowded. Nice long stretch of beach. The walk to the beach was a little further and more strenuous than we were expecting with carrying the chairs and tent but there are two public beach access points within blocks where you can drive on to the beach.

Amazing location

It is a block off the beach with very convenient access via a sand path. You have good views is the ocean from the house. The pool is a nice bonus. The neighborhood is nice. The AC worked well. Be advised, there are no indoor stairs to go between the upstairs and downstairs, which is an issue if you have young children, as one of the bedrooms is down there. There was not a way to enter through the downstairs door. Furniture and cleanliness were average to below average, but the price for location is great. So, a bit of a compromise. Property managers are easy to deal with and there is good communication.

Birthday Weekend

Got away to St. Augustine for our twin's sweet 16 birthday. Rental was in a central location to the activities we planned. There were a couple of maintenance issues but the team took care of them promptly. The pool was heated and the girls enjoyed it. The house is older and in need of some updating and minor repairs. The beach is close but a challenging walk up and down the dunes. Not ideal for our elderly guests. All in all the rental was a good experience in a central location and we would go back again.

Great little area!

We had a blast here! the kids loved the heated pool, especially on some cooler days. The beach was only a quick little walk down a path and the only "road" you had to cross only had other house traffic. So to say, "it wasn't busy at all," was still an exaggeration. We'd definitely book again

Dont Even Hesitate

Selfishly I'd love to say something negative so this home is always available when we travel to St. Augustine, but that would 100% be a lie.... This place had it all, and it starts with the location and views. Plenty of space for our entire party, all thr modern amenities you expect, excellent communication from David and his team, and a heated pool in case the beach isnt for you. From start to finish we LOVED it! To have an opportunity every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean, from the upstairs balcony, was incredible. Bonus points for the elevator which made bringing in our luggage a breeze. Again, no reason to think about this one, its one of a kind!

Wonderful spot right by the beach!

We absolutely loved this property. Short walk down a path to the beach directly from the backyard. The heated pool was so nice for us since we had a few cold days during our stay. Our boys (1 and 4) loved the elevator and thought it was the coolest thing to see in a house. Our family stayed on the floor level with a king bed, futon and bathroom but was nice to have the privacy of our own floor while the in laws were upstairs. Nice short drive to the main city for shops and dining. Easy to find and has lots of amenities for us upon arrival. Had lots of beach chairs to use, pool toys and accessories, lots of towels, sheets and blankets, toiletries and other things. The garage was clear and we were able to park in it and set up a corn hole game on the colder days. All in all we really loved staying here!

Home away from home

Our stay was perfect!! The house was just as described in the listing. The heated pool was an absolute luxury, being the sun didn't come out during our stay and the air temps were in the low 60's. The elevator was a godsend for us getting up in age and the ocean views were Heavenly! The house is directly next to the public access walkway to the beach, which shouldn't be missed!! You can walk for miles on the sand and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the Ocean!! We loved our stay and love St Augustine!!!

Great Stay

Close to everything we wanted, food, shopping, golf, and the beach. The elevator was good to have, a couple of our party has difficulty with steps. Plenty of space to gather and plenty of space for privacy. Dogs enjoyed too.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying at Atlantic Splash. This house is 2-story home with an elevator to take you up & down. Great for Friends & Families staying together. Beach is steps from house. Comfortable, Clean, easy to access, owners easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Heated pool was great during this fall Nov weather. We would definitely stay again.

So Perfect That We Came Back!

This was our second time staying at Atlantic Splash. Nothing beats the location, private pool, and overall condition of the property. If you’re looking for a family-friendly stay that feels like your home away from home, this is the booking for you. The elevator makes the loading and unloading process a breeze. The dune walk directly across the street is great, and just a short walk down Atlantic View is a public access boardwalk that my family enjoyed using as well. We are looking forward to making memories here again next year!

Location is perfect!

I loved the location, practically on the beach with ocean view from balcony! My family had a lot of fun! The only thing that I think could have been a little better would have been better kitchen supplies, silverware bigger bowls etc we cooked in a lot with 3 kids but other than that it was wonderful!

Atlantic splash

Overall our stay At Atlantic Splash was good. The Christmas weekend we spent was very cold so we did not get out to use a lot of the facilities. The kitchen was not stocked with some basic cooking necessities ( cutting board or decent silverware or enough steak knives) The only other issue was the mattress and box springs in the bedroom with the queen bed. The bed was very squeaky and was very difficult to sleep because if your husband/wife just moved the bed squeaked so loudly that it would wake you up . They definitely need a new bed in that room. The location was good and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The outside of the house needs some attention ( maybe a good powerwash). The garage door was working but the first panel was cracked and bowed. We were afraid to use it because we thought it might break completely. The elevator was unique and came in handy because my son in law had just had surgery and would have had a difficult time going up and down the stairs. Overall the house was clean when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you David for sharing Atlantic splash with my family!

Awesome proximity to the beach and heated pool!

We loved our stay! Easy walk to the beach and the heated pool made the trip in December. Nice house needs a little refresh and we would have really appreciated a different way than the elevator to the downstairs but it was such a great time. Easy ride to the historical district of St. Augustine.
