Bed sheets stains, ignorant breakfast staff who threw up eggs in a terrible state on a plate which took 10 minutes to make. Room was cold at night!

Awful, on arrival there was no reservation, it took about 25 mins to sort out, after I'd produced proof of the booking. Both mornings I had to produce further proof that I had prepaid breakfast. Despite this I was told the booking was room only and I would be charged. The bath plug did not work and had to have someone come and empty my bath. They did not fix the issue only removed the plug. Jordan on the front desk was apologetic but offered little in the way of compensation for a disappointing stay.

Pros: swimming pool was ok . breakfast was ok
Cons: heating and to freshen up the rooms and bathrooms
Location: just ok
no i had bad experience . room was not tidy . room was cold at various times . no Christmas feeling. . bath tub was chipped in 4 places. no shower soap in the shower area. plug stopper in the sink keep getting stuck. no pencil or pen ,or paper to write. the room was cold at 4pm in the afternoon and I woke up a few times during the night feeling cold

Great value for money. The rooms are nice. Bar food is good. The leisure centre and gym are a decent standard
