Hotel is very nice. Although has breakfast, the quality is poor. Tasteless, dry, cold hard boiled eggs. Plenty of parking, but not included and is an additional fee. Staff is lively, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel Was good the only complaint is in the room. Some of the cabinet, I'm some of the showers need to be fixed. Also, the staff make me feel a little bit rush at the end of the breakfast. They start putting some of the stuff away while we still. Getting a stuff for breakfast. Very simple.Is the breakfast finish at 10 and I get there 5 minute before 10.They gotta give me enough time for me to get whatever still left in there right.

Our room the sink when you turned on facet it smelled like pices./#2. Refrigerator cacabinet to small. Refrigerator kept falling out. No Dresser. No where to put your clothes.. Not up to standards that other Hoteyls are.

We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. We usually like the breakfast bar because we save money however the food was terrible They ran out of some items and the what they had was not the fresh. In addition the whole week we were there there was not a knife to be found until the last day. It is really hard to spread butter or cream cheese with a spoon. Have you ever tried to cut a waffle with two spoons? Finally we were surprised by a parking charge of $15 a day. We have stayed at another Hampton Inn in St Augustine which was much better than this one. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Very rude assistant manager, had to wait 2 hours to get my room past check in time and I wasn’t accommodated when I requested late check out because there was another party waiting for the room. Not sure why they allowed it for others but not for me. So rude and overall unprofessional.
