It was a great experience for us the only thing that was awkward about that was a couple of mosquitoes in the room but it didn’t bother us

If you are looking for a budget alternative this may be good for you. The lobby and restaurant are very nice. The rooms desperately need refurbishing. Carpets old & dirty. Bathroom had mold in shower. Screen door was broken and bugs were coming in. Pool is old and also needs work. The staff is excellent. Food was good. Prices are low but you need to consider the upkeep of hotel. San Miguel has several small boutique hotels that are very nice.

Beds hard as a rock. They rent the pool out in the mornings to outsiders for classes. Quiet time is at 12. Outdoor party was loud. Restaurant was out of certain foods on the menu. To get drinks is a slow poke service. Won't be back.

Very nice staff but my key kept locking me out and no plugs for bathroom sink or tub. Otherwise I had a surprisingly quiet room given it is at a very busy intersection.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, las piezas tienen lo justo y necesario. Segunda vez que vamos, la vez pasada nos fuimos con muy buena impresion. Sin embargo, esta vez el personal no fue muy amable. A la hora del check in en la recepcion no nos trataron bien. Para enmender nos dieron un upgrade de las piezas, pero la recepcionaste no fue amoroso para intentar darnos un early check in dado que estabamos con un bebe.

I went to have my wedding and San Miguel dee and this is where we decided to stay because I have a really large family and everybody wanted to be around each other. It was a perfect location 10 minute walk to the church in five minute walk to Instituto perfect place to stay if you are visiting Samuel Pool is a plus the room was really clean. The only thing I wish was that it’s a little dark the entire hotel. It was a great experience.
