Very friendly staff, clean rooms. The food at the restaurant was very good. A close walk to the West Herr Auditorium (about 13 minutes). I would definitely come back here again if I'm in the Rochester NY area.

Great Hotel. But the AC unit was noicy. The room facing to road, wher I stayed was also noicy because of cars and buses pulling in to the Hotel driveway.
