This would be my 3rd time, we love this place ! However we feel the resort getting a bit run down. We saw staff doing a lot of repairs ! Which is really good 💕 we would stay here for sure !

Everything was amazing from the property to the people, the shows, the rooms, everything. The only downside is the food in the buffet didn’t taste very authentic and the pushing of the timeshares. Other than that I truly enjoyed my stay and may come again. The different animals on the property were also amazing to see but startling at times.

The resort is very nice but some of the staff at the buffet area were not that friendly it was like they didnt want to work there I askwd for water and the lady slammed the 3 cups of water on table until she say we were leaving a tip is when her altitude change

This Place is not as clean and safe as Before I was in this resort 7 years ago. That time was very good. But this time the resort was not as good as good in past years. The chairs around pool and the area was dirty. Many raccoons was around pool and there are attacking us for drinks and food. Some kids got injuries and end up with paramedics care. I don’t recommend this resort until their management take an action for these problems.

Extremely dirty and loud, have music blaring all day everyday, always the same 10 songs on repeat. The staff will come into your room and steal from you, and if you try to report it they’ll threaten to kick you out. They let the animals run the place, so it’s extremely filthy and you can’t sit outside without being attacked. Also both got food poisoning twice. Literally go to any other resort in Mexico, and I can guarantee it would be a lot better than this one

Oct 2024 - coatis are definitely a problem. Running around rampant plus visitors feeding them after they signed something that says do not feed animals plus numerous signs everywhere saying so.

Large property with lots of pools to swim in, there are more than enough beach chairs for everyone. Walkway across the resort quite nice. Food can definitely be better, buffets are pretty bad, but restaurants can only be booked at night and food is a hit or miss. Room jacuzzi spouts are dirty, which was a bummer because we booked a room with two jacuzzis. Some bedsheets had stains on it. Otherwise housekeeping does a good job.
