Dunes of Panama 2002E is an 2BR/2BA condo located steps from the Gulf of Mexico! This amazing condo overlooks the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. With easy access to all THREE pools (one seasonally heated) and loads of other amenities, be prepared to have the vacation of a lifetime! There's a king bed with balcony access in the master, two full beds in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Dunes of Panama is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. This amazing complex features 1,500 ft. of sugar-white beach front, 3 Large gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated Nov. 1 – May 1), Poolside gazebos, Volleyball, lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, activities for kids, Swing Sets on the beach, Outdoor BBQs, Picnic Tables, and a Fitness Room (E building). It was a very nice condo, just like the pictures on line. Thought it was clean until we left. I always check under beds because with teenaged boys they are notorious about leaving things behind. I found a pair of shorts & a sock from prior renters. Could use more water pressure in the showers but overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again!!

Million Dollar Views

Quick Labor Day couples trip with our best friends. The condo was beautiful, communication and check in was easy. We loved the location being close to the State Park where we visited twice. Also close to the marina, so there was easy access for the guys to meet for their scuba trips. This area of beach seemed quieter than the other where there was a much higher volume of people. (Thankfully we were away from the busyness and noise of the huge weekend concert going on) We enjoyed our early morning views from the balcony each day where we could see dolphins and sea turtles playing in the water below. The beach was clean and gorgeous and we can’t wait to visit again soon. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely view , beautifully decorated, carpet needs attention.

The condo was just right for 4 people and was very nicely decorated with a beautiful view from the 20th floor. The bedrooms were nice with a large master that had it's own separate door to the balcony. A few drawbacks, however. The carpet was in bad need of cleaning or replacement. Maybe tile would be better in the combined living - dining area. An area rug was turned up on the corner where everyone walked and we kept tripping on it. Reported it at the office where they said someone would come and fix it and they never did. Also a metal chair on the balcony had a rusted metal leg with metal sticking out at the bottom that could cause a bad cut. Several times while on the balcony was bothered by cigarette smoke. Could not tell where it was drifting from. Despite these things we had a lovely time there.
