There is seating for six in the dining area as well as a small dinette set for four. The living room area is ample with comfortable with two couches and a flat-screen TV. There is a master suite with a king-sized bed and attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet. There is also a queen-sized bed in one of the bedrooms while the remaining two bedrooms have two twin beds in them. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room for guests.Guests can also enjoy the private, enclosed swimming pool with lounge chairs and sizeable patio space to worship the sun. There is also a game room which has ping-pong and foosball tables to enjoy.Enjoy Orlando entertainment at the truly one-of-a-kind theme parks which are just minutes away. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
