It’s was ok but the pool wasn’t clean and the water was very cold. The whole pool area need work done to it.The refrigerator didn’t work and we lost groceries that we brought and they didn’t fix it until that Saturday evening but didn’t do me any good cause we were checking out the nxt day. So I ask for some type of reimbursement for the food we lost but nothing and everyone would say the same thing about waiting for the team to reach out. Don’t know I would stay to this location again

The description and online pictures were not a good representation of the property. Upon arrival we had a very difficult time accessing the development with our large vehicle as only on gate was working. Front door - security lock was malfunctioning. The property itself was not clean, and the floors were absolutely filthy. The pool is very dirty, needs a good scrub! Internet and TV did not work upon arrival. The next morning at 7:30 AM called to report, and also reported the bathroom shower faucet was not functioning properly. Finally at 6PM shome one showed up to fix the shower, and also fixed the TV internet, even though it had not been reported to him. Dresser in the twin bedroom, was broken, top was completely detached. No wall socket cover in MB by bed, double bed frame in need of repair (loose and both ends fold in toward mattress) Couches have no support, it's like sitting on the floor, Mold on water catch of refrigerator. Coffee pot does not keep coffee hot and the keurig pot leaks. Toilet paper! bring your own as theirs is like sandpaper. No info regarding unit at location. Sliding glass door alarm extremely irritating, especially for hearing sensitive kids. And no disengage from pool side. The pool furniture is extremely aged and in need of repair. No pull strings on vertical blinds. Closets in MB and twin blocked. Garbage in yard, roaches in garage, and ant hills all over the yard. I personally would not recommend this rental property.

Location is good .This villa could benefit from updating, replacing and repairing the overall appearance of the property. Pool was clean but requires attention to replace missing skimmer flap and broken light unit. Not as the listing photos served its purpose for us two but may not suit a big family

Disappointed in Pool

We rented this house for the pool and were disappointed because it was dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and they went put chemicals but it stayed the same. We didn't use the pool. Inside the house was fine and stocked with everything we needed, but if you are renting this house for the pool - don't.

We love this house!

This home on the outside was nice as soon as you walk in you see dirty walls dirty carpets and linen was all dirty. For the price I was beyond pissed off. Furniture was filthy and so was the filter and shower curtain! The house was ok and would of been better if it was at least clean. Beware of broken furniture and take plenty pictures upon arrival.We drove 14 hours to get there and had to make the best of it. NEVER AGAIN! NOT THIS PLACE!
