Only for one night…gentleman at desk was polite and even gave us free bottled water. The room Was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again, walking distance to a lot of places.

I would never recommend this property to anyone especially those who care for hygiene and have kids you all will be sick due to stinky rooms, I told that lady to do some air freshener but lgnored like arrogant and one Indian gujratis lady is very rude and disrespectful about breakfast, Waste of money and can cause your health carpets never cleaned totally stinky When you take breathe while sleeping you will inhale all this stinky smell and diseases. Again I would never recommend to this stinky and dirty hotel.

Motel Stay for one night
The air conditioner put out warm air instead of cool air. The pool area was dirty. The pool was nice and warm. We really liked the pool because we were the only ones in it for the afternoon. There was a lot of food for continental breakfast. The toilet made a loud noise when it flushed. The shower was great. The TV didn't have many channels to watch. There were no vending machines, but there was an ice machine. The staff were friendly and told us that they would have the AC fixed.

Niagara Family Trip
Nice hotel with great italian restaurant (unfortunately restaurant was small with few tables, but food and service was great). Great location, walking distance from Niagara Falls State Park and right across Seneca Niagara Casino. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we had to cut short our trip from 3 days to 2 days and didn't get any adjustment on our final amount, i guess it is what it is.

No coffee maker/coffee in room.. microwave is common at the end of the hall. Floor/carpet smells that's why not fresh when entering the building and room.

It was an okay stay, definitely would not come back just because was not worth what i paid, barely any parking, staff was very unwelcoming, pool was decent but small, breakfast was fine but not good, rooms were clean and so was the bathroom so that’s a plus
