Awesome Property
This property is everything as advertised. Extremely clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hot tub, dartboard, poker table and pool table were a bonus and made for a lot of family fun. The hosts were fantastic and easy to deal with. Zero complaints and I would stay here again with my family.

100% accurate information, never had to ask for any information, extras like coffee pods and some candy on hand, hot tub was perfect, quiet end of the road neighborhood, clean and everything worked without issue. Overall a perfect experience.

We had a perfect getaway in a great house! We were so impressed with all the house had to offer- extra towels, soaps provided, clear instructions, and a great place! We lived the hot tub, dart board, PAC man, and poker table. We’ll definitely be back!

Cozy and spacious
Nice quiet neighborhood with a great back yard and hot tub. We do wish we could have used the hot tub longer than 10pm rule, as we didn't wind down until later with our time difference, but that is a city ordinance issue. Great host.

Loved this house!
This house was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed here for a week while doing a combination of hiking in the area and going to the strip. The house had everything we needed. We loved how much there was to do at the house and the location was very convenient. Highly recommend.

Overall if you would like to stay at a place AWAY from the strip this place fits the bill! Its in a great neighborhood and its a beautiful place close to the airport and the strip. We loved visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park via a bus tour which was awesome. We were able to drive from this location to Hoover Dam. Had an awesome time!

great location for adventures
The house is just as described. There is plenty of room and things to do inside. We also enjoyed the outside space in the mornings and evenings and were surprised at how private it is. The master suite is very spacious but the other bedrooms are small. The location was perfect for us to go to the strip or out for adventures in the surrounding areas. We would absolutely stay here again.

Annual Trip to Henderson
We come to Henderson area every spring to visit family and enjoy Vegas life. This was the best place we have stayed to date. Will definitely book again if available. It is spacious and comfortable and much to do and enjoy for all ages. Highly recommend to all.

This place is just what it claims to be--with the wonderful benefit of an all-included fabulous hot tub! 15 minutes to the airport, and a little further to the Strip. Rooms are a little dark, and small master shower, but that's the only critique. Lots of coffee and snacks, and an excellent, pristine outdoor grill. Good place to stay.

This property was perfect for a multigenerational visit to Vegas. Close enough to drive to the strip, but in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Really loved all of the extra touches- snacks, games, books- perfect for downtime.It’s very pretty and looks just like the photos. The hosts, Michelle and Eddie were AWESOME- great communicators. They even drove extra bedding over to us and they were just so nice. Highly recommend, all the way around.

The property is exactly like it looks in the pictures. It’s comfortable clean and has a lot to offer including the hot tub, card table, pool table, darts, and corn hole. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. Our hosts were very communicative and we really appreciated that.

Quiet and Clean
Very clean property. Neighborhood was quiet for the majority of our stay. We gave the neighborhood location 4 stars because one weekend morning a neighbor was loud enough to wake one of us that usually can sleep through anything. Not the hosts fault at all. They were easy to contact and prompt in any questions we had. Would stay here again!

The host are super host for a reason. From booking, to check in and during the stay, the host were quick to respond and helpful! The home is super nice and has so many games and activities to do. Wonderful, Immaculate, and Fun!
Beautiful, updated home! Perfectly clean and trimmed with all the extras. We came to enjoy a few days of boating with our kids on Lake Mead, and this home provided the perfect respite after a fun & hot day on the lake. Great-quality appliances and excellent cookware, and fun gaming and entertainment with a pool table, arcade, game table, hot tub, etc. The perfect amount of space and beds for our crew, and again, it was refreshing to stay in such a CLEAN home! The attentive owners checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly and to see if we needed anything. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!! Our kids (teenagers and young adults) told us we needed to favorite this house to stay in again in the future. :)

Great place in Henderson
We stayed here for an adult soccer tournament. It was about 15 minutes away from the Silverbowl Complex. The house was nice and was set up so well. We had 7 adults and one child. The child with us thought it was a blast. This will definitely be a fun place for adults, or families with kids. The hosts were super helpful when we needed help one time and were also so accommodating to give us a later checkout so we could come back and shower and pack up when we had a late game scheduled because of championships. We would all definitely stay here again!

Amazing family friendly home near the strip
Great management. About 20 mins to the strip. Has a family friendly environment with kid friendly games. Only 5 mins from Reunion Trails Park playground/splash pad. Less than 10 mins from the nearest Walmart. We had an wonderful 2nd birthday party for our daughter and would totally stay here again. We did have an issue with the master bathtub only allowing scalding hot water. We let the manager know and they had it fixed that same day.
