Hotel Lobby road doesn’t have signs visible so you end up at the casino side. Service was good until the next day when we woke up to our room filled with smoke smell. The next door connecting room must have been smoking. We immediately got up, packed and left the hotel. I notified cleaning crew that shrugged it off and also notified the front desk and all they did was check us out and said good bye. We had plans on having breakfast at the hotel and gambling for a bit while the kids got ready but this caused us to leave and the hotel folks didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed since we canceled another hotel as this came highly recommended by a friend. Didn’t realize we would have a connecting door and need to experience this with the kids.

Beautiful property. Across from the concert venue. The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Loved the large bathroom including the large tub & shower. Casino slot selections were fun. Will definitely be back.

Very loud banging throughout night coming from exterior. Could hear every hallway conversation and door closing. They really didn’t spend an extra penny on things like soft Kleenex or toilet paper. Beds were mid. It was older. Old bathrooms, but clean. Old carpet (who knows how clean). Could use a renovation for at least the carpet and upholstered furniture in rooms. They need some kind of sound proofing. Room service: Food was not good. My pizza came not as ordered. Not very tasty. I was disappointed, but it was fine for a night.
