Not what the pictures make it out to be
Upon arrival checking in was interesting as the employee was having an issue with someone atvthe desk and he kept yelling about her charging hia card. We got past that no biggie but get checked in and unloaded on cart to get to elevator which was a scary ride it was very shaky and i thought it was going to give away when we were walking out of it. Then we get to our room and open tge door to a very pungent odor and ac was off. Get past that turn ac on and unpack since it was late and we had to be up early for our kids games and the closet rack was broken could hang the uniform, the drawer was broken in dresser. The chair had a wad of hair on it, the curtain was ripped, and the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and there was hair all in the shower, the toilet paper was reused from previous guest and it literally had stains on the roll not sure what it was disnt want to find out so threw it away. The pillows were the size of my hand they were so worn out and bundled into the pillow case. A sheet, a small blanket was on each bed, it was in the 40s outside. We only had two towels, and two wash rags, decided i had enough, calling down to the front desk and boom the phone doesnt work lol.. honestly we were there to enjoy time with our daughter and get a good nights rest before her games the following day, that did not happen and we were going to check out early and find somewhere else but our time was so limited we didnt even have time to do that or we would have been gone asap!

Extremely disappointed
Booked this hotel because it stated it had a hot tub. The hot tub was not working. There was no ice machine as well. Nobody came in during the week to clean up or change out the sheets. The first night I had to request a change of sheets because there was blood on the current sheets in the room when I went to get into bed. Overall extremely disappointed and will not be booking here ever again.

Something is wrong with the way I have been billed. Once things come through on my credit card, I will have issues that need to be corrected. The front desk here says both of my nights were booked through Expedia, for a much lower price than from Reservations Support, which has also sent me email receipts??? I will be in touch!

The room was disgusting. We had to ask for clean sheets when we checked in. There was a joint in the room someone had so nicely left us. And it says animal friendly and it's not!

I gotta Check-in before I'm allowed to Check-in.I am told that I need a two hundred dollar cash deposit. First, remind me on the 3rd floor horrible smell but can't be room very nasty. Second room very nice. It was clean. On the 4th floor. Elevator's broken ice machine is broken. Breakfast room. Holes in the wall curtains about the fall out of the wall.

Check in and check out was a breeze the staff was courteous and apologetic for the amount of stuff not working or available. The elevator was out of order. The jacuzzi was out of order. The beds were a little uncomfortable for me and the continental breakfast was nothing special. The coffee maker was having issues and there was only decaf available. This felt like this place needed a lot of help.
