Expensive property and old dated. Not many options inside the hotel for eating, and the only restaurant available was pretty bad. There many other options around this area better than this hotel. 2 star because it is by the beach.

Property needs updating. Our bathroom shower door obviously was broken earlier and instead of fixing it, hotel stuck a $10 shower curtain up which caused excess water on floor. Housekeeping came late in the afternoon and staff was unfriendly and unable to understand request due RTO language barrier. Would not recommend. There are so many other beautiful hotels being built, same or better price.

Yeah, I'm not gonna stay here again. It was okay nothing spectacular. Especially for Fort Lauderdale, so many other options. Food was Denny style. Tiki bars wasn't really a ticky bar. The best bar was next door.

The hotel had water outage which we wasn’t informed about and had to find out ourselves Offer for us to go to other room and take a shower, but to be honest, it wasn’t making any sense at that point For reference, you just need to let the people know that they not gonna have water in the room for sometime so they won’t be disappointed

They did not want to acknowledge my VIP status, they attempted to charge me $150 for a room upgrade although the listing states free upgrade for VIP member. The rooms do not look like the photos, food and drinks at the hotel are overpriced, and the pool is smaller than pictured.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was amazing. Upon arrival the receptionist was wonderful, I asked her about a room upgrade and she directed me to the manager the next morning and we were moved to the top floor with no problem.
