Don't plan on waiting for the shuttle.
We waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle, which during the day picks up ever :15 and :45 at Zone 16. Finally we took a taxi for 22 Euro to the hotel and arrive at 5:10pm. The van was AT the hotel, just sitting there. According the front desk "They run on a very strict time schedule." How is that possible, as the airport is more than 5 minutes away and the van is sitting there? He told us he would look into why the van was not at the airport, and he would get back to us. Later that evening after not hearing back I went to the front desk, and the gentleman was not longer there. While the room was clean and comfy, we will definitely not stay there again after the lack of followup and communication.

Would absolutely recommend this stay! We had a great time, stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, staff were very accommodating with getting our room ready much earlier than normal for us to check in after a very early flight. The hotel transfer was very convenient and great timings! Would absolutely stay here again. Only down fall was how far from the centre it was, it's either a 40 minute bus or €20-30 uber. But as we only stayed for a short amount of time, we didn't mind this! The bar and reception staff were also great, it was my birthday weekend so I got a little freebie from the friendly bar staff! We didn't eat here but the food looked amazing!

It was a good place to stay before early morning flight. Shuttle was on time and quick in the morning (there were some issues with shuttle from airport to hotel at night - so if you’re waiting at the airport for more than 15 minutes for the shuttle - call the hotel - shuttle may not be running & you may need to take a cab & be reimbursed.

The area does not have many food options. The hotel does have food which is helpful. The parking lot is very small. The extra parking it not close and inconvenient when its raining. The staff were nice. The room is spacious but the bed and pillow were not good. The bed was hard and pillows flat.

Very friendly and helpful staff
We were arriving a bit earlier than the checkin time, and the staff at the front desk did his best to let us check in earlier. Also, we had to attend a private online meeting at a late night and needed two separate spaces, and one very cool and friendly black staff guided me to the outdoor area which was very quiet, just what I needed. We were very grateful for their help and friendliness, and more importatly for just being fellow humans. We wil not hesitate to stay here again in the future. With gratitute.

The staff, especially reception staff, was outstanding! The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. The area is nothing special, but it’s easy to park and walkable to catch the bus into Dublin. Convenient to the airport (about 20 minutes away).
