It is quite a cozy family room that can be a good resting spot. Very accessible to the places. Reception staffs are very amazing and very informative

Not bad, but not good.

Room was merely OK. Staff was friendly and location was good were the highlights. Pillows were flat, bed was stiff. Breakfast was average. Would be prettier in the spring/summer as the garden outside area was mostly dead in late November.

Nice place! Old Victorian that they have done a good job with. Parking was small but no problem. No restaurants close so be prepared. The shower was the only short coming. Otherwise great experience! Staff was outstanding!

Lewis was so very very good and lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond. The property was lovely & we would stay there again. A couple suggestions. New towels every second day would be great and the shower curtain needed replacing as it was moldy… but all else was great!!

We got off to a great start! Lewis was there, opened the door to welcome us before we even got in the porch. He was kind, extremely courteous, showed us around, made us feel very welcome. Lewis set the tone for our stay, couldn’t have gone better. Room was perfect. Just the right size, clean, very comfortable. Water pressure was less than desirable, but a minor issue. We would gladly stay there again when we come back to Edinburgh. Thanks for making our stay so great, and thank you Lewis! Ben and Nydia Martin

On the app it looked really high end, what a disappointment. Entered room to a musty smell. Looked clean. Bathroom toilet seat dirty and broken, towel rail all askew, no bath mat and shower curtain too long bad slip and trip hazard. No bedside unit just an empty space. No where to plug kettle in. If you manage to plug hairdryer in mirror is blocked by tv. Good points parking, soft towels. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

This place is just really dated and poorly lit outside and the tv did not work... they did try to fix but not able too the bathtub is very unsafe and we were on the top floor with no lift...

Très confortable, personnel extra, trop bruyant

Chambre magnifique . Personnel incroyable ! Très propre et literie confortable . Seul bémol : donne sur la rue principale, donc extrêmement bruyant . Nous avons été incapable de dormir .
