The property was maintained to a high standard. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast selection was good. Unfortunately the hotel did not evening meals.
Nice place. Not the most spacious of rooms, but it was clean and I was happy with the staff and services provided

Great beds and clean rooms. Staff were the best.
Restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. Luv the area. Have been to Edinburgh many times and it just keeps getting better.
First and foremost, the staff was stellar! Everyone was eager and happy to help. The room was comfy and very modern. I was on the top floor and had an amazing view of the city. The continental breakfast had enough choices and variety to make my stay even more enjoyable.

Good location, clean rooms
Good hotel in a good location, just a little walk from princes Street. The rooms are quite small and fairly basic but this is explained in the descriptions. We had a ‘cosy room with no window’ but it was spacious enough. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities but aside from that, had everything we needed.
Hotel itself was fine and helpful staff but a bit too high tech for me - everything was qr code based then touch pads for everything and I couldn't get anything to work. Also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - I was gutted.
The room is small so if there's 2 people with 2 big luggages, floor space would be limited. However it's very clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast has a nice selection of bread, oatmeal, fruits, and beverage. The location was very convenient cause it's close to alot of the main attractions. Overall would definitely stay here again.
