"It's our first time at an all inclusive resort and it was a pretty great experience. The staff at the restaurants (buffet, bars and ala carte) were very friendly and always helpful. The resort is pretty massive although slightly dated was still very pleasing and comfortable. The food was pretty good but you need to book the ala carte ones quickly. We managed to try different ones throughout the stay. Would recommend this resort if you are looking for an all inclusive one in Playa Del Carmen"
