The staff is always very attentive and friendly we loved the restaurants food options, (Anna) our designated butler was fantastic and kept us informed of the daily activities and decorated our room with an anniversary theme. the daily room cleaning & re-stocking of snacks and drinks was top notch. our 5th time to this resort...We'll be back next year!

The hotel is fabulous, it has many restaurants to choose from, with a menu to satisfy anyone. There are several bars and they have live music and they are very welcoming. The live shows every night on the main stage has a lot to offer. You will not be bored and will run out of time before taking in every thing that is offered.

Liked the many restaurant options, food was really good, great idea to have hamburgers and tacos poolside, excellent drink options, all employees extremely polite and helpful. Two things that can be improved: free shuttle to and from the airport should be included in hotel stay. Secondly, pillows are too soft and mushy, no structure. Got a neck cramp from the pillows. Bed was great though.

We never had to leave resort and got to relax with two under twos along with us. Resort provided things to do every day of our stay. Would go back again.
