The staff was amazing, literally from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Check out was at 12pm but our flight wasn’t until 7, they let us keep our bags at with them and still use the amenities in the hotel. Definitely will be back!

We went to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary, it was a surprise for my wife and it is probably the best and pleasant surprise I gave it to her. Well, this definitely a great place to relax, have lot of options for food, drinks, the stunning beauty of carabian ocean... well if I've chose one as the best... the taco restaurant on the beach.. the lights, ambiance, food and staff... everything is best. The staff also arranged a sweet surprise (cake) for us. The sad part is we could only stay for 4 days which was not good enough. My wife and I fell in love and plan to visit again.

It was my birthday while we were there and and the second night our dinner reservations got mixed up and they wanted to seat us out of the restaurant near a water station, my husband said no and we left walked over to were we made the reservations and let them know what happened...they got us in at La Joya the manager at La Joya took us in right away...he took very good care of us treated us like family, came out to find us after to make sure we had a good experience. They re booked us at the Italian place for another night inside, and the staff was in a better mood that night and not as rude. Our pools staff were incredible: Christian, Elias and the sweet Paulina! We loved our time and relaxed...there were lot's of kids and families but we did not mind, we still had a great time!

This is a great property to stay at great food great atmosphere very clean. We left our iPad behind. They informed us immediately and had it shipped back to us. Very good service. Will stay there again.

Incredibly disappointing experience. This is a 3.5 star facility at best. Had 1 full day without hot water & another without electricity. Buffet quality and options were sub-par and mediocre. Reservation restaurants food was good, but not excellent and while few servers were excellent, overall they need major training. Too few options for vegetarians and there was no effort made to accommodate a picky eater like I am. A/C supply grilles in buffet area drip dirty condensation onto you and your food. Omelet station line too long, smoothie station not enough fruit / berry options. Rooms need major refresh. Our tub / shower leaked water across the floor by toilet daily, ceiling is moldy & wet / damaged above shower. Bed incredibly uncomfortable, room was extremely loud from Lobby area music & entertainment directly below us, so much so it was annoying and hard to talk to one another inside our room. Cleaning staff did not refill shower gel, or mouthwash, & put out 1 set of slippers & robe for 2 people. A/C thermostat display was broken. Cordless phone in room did not work. Deep Tissue massage at Spa was horrible and had to ask for refund. The take all the best locations surrounding the pool overlooking ocean and reserve for cabanas that are not included with all-inclusive. While we had an overall good time, this hotel did not meet our expectations, their claims of excellence, or live up to previous reviews.
