This was our 3rd stay at this property and 3rd stay in an Infinite club master suit. Each time we come back the property gets better and better! Juan at the infinite club bar has been there every time and he is amazing every time. Always remembers exactly what we need to start our day and is always pleasant! We look forward to our breakfast there due to his exceptional service! The front desk in the Infinite cub is always phenomenal as well special hout out to Abigail as she was really great the last 2 times we came!The new restaurants are gorgeous downstairs. Our favorites being the steakhouse and the sushi bar! We love to go to a special dinner at Le Basilic as well their menu is always a treat and the ballet is beautiful. The spa is beautiful and we always have an amazing couples massage. Truly the staff is the best at this resort! A few notes to make our next stay better. We stayed in October this time which is off season and not typically when we come so things were a little different as some areas were under renovation due to slow season. Not really a problem except we were confused as to where meals were happening during the day as they werent when/where they were when we had stayed before. I was very confused with the online schedules as they didnt seam to match up to when things were actually taking place. I would suggest if an up to date printed schedule could be available for activities and dining. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we look forward to seeing yo

It was one amazing stay at gran fiesta Americana coral beach all inclusive, I will definitely comeback again and will tell all my friends how awesome everybody was at the hotel, the food, the drinks and the peaple working there, the food at the restaurants that need to be reserve the food was amazing. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. It fit our family perfectly with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large amount of space, magnificent view of the ocean, comfortable beds and the nicest spa I have ever seen. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice pools and ocean-front. Beaches clean. Furnishings are older and need a face lift while parts of the lobby ceiling were dripping. Great entertainment and options. Food was better than most of the resorts we've been too. Drinks were bad and inconsistently made. Rooms were fine. Beds clean, bathrooms were questionable- I actually preferred the bathrooms in the lobbies/gym- much cleaner. The gym was beautiful, clean, and had a lot of equipment/spaces for different workouts. Staff was friendly, bartenders especially. The staff and front often acted annoyed if you had a question.

The humidity in our room was terrible. With the tile floors my husband fell twice. We reported it to the front desk but the maintenance man did not understand what we were saying. Also a defective ping pong table in the Sports bar broke and injured my granddaughter and management did not seem to be at all concerned about it. She was injured pretty bad.
