I loved the staff in the property, Lizbeth and Eduardo in the buffet made the dining experience very enjoyable for my celiac daughter who is 11. They always made her feel very special. Jose, our concierge, was amazing. He was always very responsive and made every effort to make all our requests happen in a very timely fashion. All the staff in the hotel were always welcoming and polite. The rooms were clean and the food was good. Lemon fish was our favorite restaurant. The one bad thing was the location and access to the washrooms in the pool area. We were disappointed in the lack of accessible washrooms near the pool and beach.
