Unique atmoshere on the lake

We stayed in this villa from October 31, 2024 to November 21, 2024. The view and the atmosphere on the lake are unique. You never get tired of it. The orientation of the pool deck allows you to find sun from morning to evening. This is especially important in November. Everything is as described, very well equipped, nothing was missing. We would particularly like to highlight the good quality of the mattresses and pillows and the owners' willingness to extend our departure until the afternoon. This was made possible for us free of charge. We would be happy to come back.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We LOVED our stay at Tina and Alan’s! We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was amazing . We felt at home the minute we walked thru the door. We swam every day and night, used the kayaks as well as the bikes. The view of the lake was so beautiful. They have thought of everything to make your stay extra special. Communication was super. Everything We Needed

Tina was lovely to work with- caring and responsive. The property is beautiful decorated, comfortable furniture, and was well equipped with all that we needed after a quick trip to the market on the way in. All just a short drive away. It overlooks a perfectly heated pool and small neighborhood lake and is a short drive to multiple beach and nature areas. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Lovely, Peaceful Home

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet, and, since we arrived very late, well-lit (we also appreciated the house number being easy to find!). Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard faces a lake that added to the serenity. Pool was kept at a steady 85. Furnishings were newer and nicely appointed. The garage did not fit our rental car (Pacifica) but a compact car should be able to fit in there. The shower in the the master bath was a jet tub fitted with a shower curtain that was uncomfortable but functional. Tina was a very responsive host that was accommodating to a couple special requests. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them, there were bicycles in the garage as well as some lake equipment. We would definitely consider this home for a future rental and do not hesitate in recommending it.

Great stay on the lake

We can't say enough positive about our 3-week stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you need. It's in a great neighborhood and centered in Cape Coral such that it's only 15 minutes to everything in town and a short jaunt to Fort Myers and places beyond. Communication with the owners was quick. I highly recommend!

peaceful retreat

We’ve had a great time as we've been here for the fourth time on our Christmas vacation with our kids. What is better for the review than returning guests, and we’re coming back again next Christmas, we’re already booked. This rental is really a great retreat if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet place with a stunning view of the lake every morning and sunset in the evening. Everything is true as it is written in the description of this property. It is clean and very good maintained. Owners are responsive immediately with any issue you might have. Thanks again Tina for your hospitality. Bonus information: there is Samsung smart TV with Disney+, Netflix, and more apps, just login with your account and kids have their favorite shows. *Only down is the beaches situation after the hurricane Ian. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are still closed and will be for some time, but beaches in Naples are slowly opening. We recommend Clam Pass Beach.

Perfect spot for family getaway!

We stayed here for 5 days. Everything we expected was that and more. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. We also loved being so close to Fort Meyers Beach. We tried several of the recommendations from the property owner and we were not disappointed. We would definitely book again!

The house is clean and comfortable. Nice big kitchen. Excellent pool. Beautiful view from the window. Walmart, Publix stores are nearby, drive 6-8 minutes. There is also a playground nearby, a 2-3 minute drive. Water park - 12 minutes.

Perfect Oasis

Beautiful home, simply wonderful pool and great dock area for fishing. Our stay was so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. Having the open floor plan and several sliders made this setup perfect for us. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the decor made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury. Arrival and departure communication was so simple. Everything you see and read is completely accurate. Don’t wait a moment longer; you will be so happy here!

Perfect tropical getaway!

I don't have enough amazing things to say about Tina & Alan's home! The waterfront patio and pool are like your own private tropical oasis! During passing storms, the sunroom was a great place to still be enjoying the outside. The house was fully equipped, clean and very comfortable! Tina was great to communicate with both before and during our stay. 6/5 stars!

Royal Palm Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Royal Palm. The house was fantastic, and the pool was a big hit with everyone, especially when our grandkids came to visit. Loved the little covered sitting area outside, also.. There are so many great restaurants and bars to go to, checked out all the beaches, looking for the biggest waves for the kids. Wonderful place to call home

Tina was great to work with. The location was very convenient to everything in Cape Coral. They had everything we needed and much more. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time down by the water as well looking at the different fish, birds and animals. The pictures were very accurate - the house was super comfy.
