The apartment was close to the Mailbox, that was a plus. Location was great and very clean. Climbing the steep stairs with suitcases was a challenge but I would definitely stay there again.

good location - but not a great experience
Sadly not the best experience, the oven in the apartment we cooked did not work, we were then offered another apartment that lacked privacy (bit of a goldfish bowl) then we were offered a 3rd apartment, again no privacy in bedroom.- the beds were two single beds pushed together, so it wasnt the best night sleep either. It took a huge chunk out of our afternoon/evening tooing and froing with our luggage etc

Fantastic apartments in great spot for everything Birmingham has to offer. From pre check in to check out, everything excellent. Without a doubt the best facilities I’ve had in the city.

The apartment is spacious with friendly staffs to greet us when we arrive. Cleaniness is in fair condition. Since the weather is hot during our stay, we feel hot even though fans are provided for use. We suggest their management to consider installing air conditioners for the use of the customers. The double bedroom is a bit noisy at night due to the traffic and pedestrians on the street.

The place is functional and good for families but the bathrooms whilst clean were not so great - for example the toilet seat was far too small for toilet. Beds far too soft for our liking. But the staff on check in and departure very friendly and helpful. Fine for a night or two but no more.

Great appartment and fantastic location. Only issue we had was water wast hot. There was a note to boost hot water but looked like unit didnt work as no lights on! Also tv didnt work tried a few times to get on but wouldnt pick up any signal. But over all was nice place. Would book again

A few cons but overall would stay again.
Great communication with the company before the stay. Apartments are nice, spacious with necessary amenities. Cons: the beds are wayyy too small. Two of my friends fell off their beds in the middle of the night! And the shower wasn’t working properly in two of the apartments. We did inform reception but nothing was done. Overall though, I would likely stay here again because everything else makes up for it and the location is also fantastic.

First of all, it’s normal apartment then the management take some as service apartment. I stayed couple nights, which I expect the property provide the essential items, however, that was not the case. The television was not working. You definitely could book somewhere nicer with the price I paid.

Best apartment I’ve stayed in. If they are all in the same condition as no. 126 then it’s a great spot. A genuine home from home (with an adequate but smaller telly) in a great location with excellent facilities and very good value for money. Everything was clean, everything you needed was there and all the tech worked. Very good.

Limited hot water in shower for 2 days, had to Wait for week day- kept shifting to freezing cold every few seconds. Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance.
