There was no available parking so we had to pay £20 to park. This however didn’t matter as the lady on reception was just so lovely and helpful that we didn’t mind. Our room wasn’t ready for us and my husband was struggling with a migraine so rather than us wait for a room she gave us an upgrade.

A massive carpark BUT its also used by the public as close to the city and is always busy and full ! Had a bit of a wait to get into the carpark really think they should reserve space's for hotel guests! Check in was quite straightforward Stayed a few times so knew the routine! Lift to all floors ,room 658 was a good size as was the bathroom Bed super comfortable. WiFi was good breakfast not included. Very close to the city centre lots of restaurants to choose from Lots of walks and running spots would definitely stay again and recommend 👍

Great central hotel
Stayed here several times now and its perfect whether you are coming in on the train or driving. Just around the corner from lime street station and free oarking if driving. Reception staff always welcoming and friendly. Rooms and corridors clean. We had a very quiet room luckilyat the front of the building . Will be back again

Exceptional room , booked the penthouse room on an offer price, wow , clean , well stocked complimentary mini bar , jetted tub, massive bed. Staff friendly and welcoming. Only slight negative was room overlooked lime street station and you could hear all the station announcements, didn’t bother us but might for others

3rd stay here recently. Hotel is pretty quiet, staff are really friendly and helpful and the free, secure parking is a massive bonus. Our room this time was changed on arrival as we had no fridge and needed one for our stay. Second room was identical, just one floor higher and had the fridge in place. The rooms here seem to be either old and run down, as these ones were, or bright and shiny as we experienced last time so it seems like pot luck on your outcome and ultimately your stay. The older rooms seem to have a really old carpet that needs more than just a good vacuum. Overall though a pleasant stay, will actually be there again next week!
