Spotless Good Location Lack Of Housekeeping

2 night stay. Hotel staff very friendly, very clean rooms, buffet breakfast includrd and in a good location in the heart of the centre. Site says rooms are soundproof but this not the case, maybe because we had an adjoinng door to the room next door. Put my Mrs right off sceeching like a banshee. Was asked on check in if we would like the room to be serviced the following day, we said yes but It must have been opposites day. Would stay there again though

Can’t fault this hotel. Great staff, great location and reasonable price in comparison to other hotels close by. Definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed, making for a pleasant stay. However, the lifts were a bit of a letdown, with long waits at busy times. Overall, a good experience despite the minor inconvenience.

Really enjoyed my stay here as i came on the train the accommodation was excellent. Not sure i would stay here if i was driving as i prefer parking on site. However when i do come to Brum i usually come on the train from Wales will definitely stay again.

Nice, quiet stay in Brum. Comfortable and clean, and just away from the bustle of the train station to be quiet for good sleep. Yummy breakfast each morning.

Very good stay for a weekend in Birmingham

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice spacious communal area. The breakfast included had plenty of options and hot drinks available at any time. Although we didn’t need it the pantry is a good idea and looked well stocked.
