It's in the Chinatown. No Aircon was slightly uncomfortable choice as it was a little muggy. Fully equipped Kitchen provided very good service. Not the property's fault but there was a DJ event nearby and sound and screams were annoying as I had to keep the windows open due to the weather...

This apartment hotel was one of the best accommodation out there at a very reasonable price. The apartment was very spacious for a single person, modern and so clean. The location was few minutes walk from the main Bullring shopping centre, restaurants and the main train station. I definitely want to come back to this hotel/apartment.

The property is well located, in the centre of Birmingham, and within walking distance of everything that one would need. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for a city centre location.

Good standard of apartments with everything you need. Corridors are noisey with doors slamming. Outside, Birmingham maket, busy from 2am with crate deliveries. Otherwise no compaints, comfy bed, plenty of room for a short city break.

Loved the space. Loved the sense of security. The sofas definitely need an upgrade, however and the washer dryer combo only washed which was disappointing. Beds were comfortabe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location as it was so close to the Bull Ring Market.

A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night.
