Lift out of service someone told me been broken for more then one year i asked receiption for first floor or second floor they keep saying fully boked but was so many roooms empty so end of the day i have to take my pregnant wife and my 2 years baby to 4th floor

Won't stay in this hotel again

No hot water, and noisy The reception failed to provide a VAT receipt when I checked-in and no reception staff available in the morning the day after I wouldn't come back again
