Amazing experience close too amenities and utillita stadium highly recommend staying here for any concerts it's within walking distance as well as city center shops Bullring ect.. the hotel is a beautiful building inside and out, Amazing bar and music top floor woth stunning views all around. Location is excellent, short walk from the New Street Station and near many bars and restaurants. Also a lovely 10 minute walk from the Utilita arena along the canals past more bars and restaurants. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Great views from the restaurant. Had bottles of water in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. Along with iron and hairdryer. Would definitely return again if going to the Utilita.

Room was spacious but the AC wasn’t working which was fine as they provided a fan. But we were offered a free drink. The fridge didn’t work which could be an issue for people who need it for health reasons but they had someone to fix it straight away, sadly it wasn’t fixable. The bar was great and plenty of seating. Breakfast was massive and really tasty but the coffee was like warm. Had a nicer one back in the room.
