Roof over your head with a clean bed.
Clean & comfy bed to rest as my husband and I were in town to see a show! The bathtub had a steady leak which was a bit of an annoyance, and we left before breakfast was ready so I can’t speak to that. For the price we paid for a queen bed room, and our short stay, it was very comfortable, affordable and convenient to travel to the MVP arena.

Horrible hotel in terrible condition. Dark, dank and dirty overall. This hotel is right off the highway and located in a business park area. Very sketchy. Security cameras everywhere which likely points to lots of trouble in the past.

Horrible experience
Smell of trash and weed permeated the entire building. Dirty sticky carpets. No tissues, no in room coffee station, no USB charging ports in room, no phone or alarm clock in room. Ice bucket with no liner and no cups. Bedside lamp did not work. Shower only has scalding hot water, you can adjust at the faucet but once you turn on the shower head it’s straight hot. Shower curtain would not stay shut. Shower floor joist broken. Shower head extremely low, uncomfortable for 6’ husband. Hair on shower walls. Do not stay here!

Ionically saying this property needs to be shut down and cleaned up. They spent more money on security than anything else. Which of course I appreciate since Im guessing but then I'm took neighborhood, I just kind of wish I was known that. But I would never stay there again and I would recommend someone else either

I did not like anything about this hotel. Check in was basic. There were a lot of people in the lobby lounging around and talking loud with, I assuming, security, when I checked in. The hallways to the room had very limited lighting, when was a bit scary. I was only there for a limited stay as I dropped my child off to college and decided to stay longer in Albany. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the tv was playing loudly when I came into the room. I slept for only few hours. When I woke up, I puled the covers back to ensure that I didn't ;eave anything only, to see a large pool of blood on the sheets and mattress. I told the front desk and showed her the pictures! She said that there was not a manager on duty that morning when I requested to speak to one and that there was nothing that she could do about it. There was limited staffing. I asked for a telephone number and she stated that there was not a number available, Someone would contact me back! As of today,, no one has called me back concerning this very serious matter. I asked for a refund for this very unsanitary inconvenience. Also, when I went to breakfast, there was limited food available. The cook was not pleasant and didn't want to make another waffle when the kitchen was not closed as of yet. I only had juice to drink! I would love for someone to contact me back concerning this matter! 6462411895. Thank you!

False advertising-no airport shuttle,no workout room, no pool, breakfast buffet was at 7:00 not 6:00 as advertised. We had no breakfast. I’m shocked that Expedia still advertises this hotel! If I had read the comments I would never have booked this hotel. It needs a major overhaul.
