After the 2nd night Stephanie and I sat for a bit and discussed things I was looking for the next day. Stephanie was very kind and helpful! Now lets talk about Dimitri who helped me figure out about the heater and big step for the tub... When I arrived in the evening, Dimitri help me figure out how to get food for my dinner. Great customer service, nice and I appreciated his help. While I ate my dinner I watched him interact with other folks staying there and he was so professional and wonderful with everyone who walked through the door checking them in and answering questions. During my check out Dimitri helped mecwith my bag because i had my hands full.Thank You! It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Denise Salisbury"
