The room was what you needed. Comfy bed and shower. Service at the bar was pretty slow. Was shocked that a large twix was £4.25. Evening meal was good. Breakfast buffet I have had a lot better.

My room didn't have any shampoo so had to use the hand soap and the TV remote wasn't great. Other than that it was good and staff were friendly and helpful and would stay again

I liked the lively vibe of the place. I didn’t like the dirty carpets. The price was reasonable. I found it very helpful to get an email telling me various specific ways to get to the hotel from Heathrow Airport.

Check in wasn’t awful. Probably the best thing about the place. Unfortunately had a few issues. First I got a key to a room where someone already was. Then someone came in my room. Then the key cards wouldn’t work twice. So had to go back and to the front desk a lot more then I had planned.
