Very disappointed

I have a heart condition for which I follow dr Esselstyn’s program which includes six times a day green leafy vegetables like kale or buk Choi. We precooked those veggies and put them into small bags. The staff absolutely refused to warm them up for us. Their mdd we nu is detrimental to anyone with a heart condition. There is no microwave anywhere nor a fridge. We finished up throwing most of the baggies of veggies in the bin and I had to break the reverse heart disease program. Very disappointed and will not stay at this place ever again.

Decent rooms - Slow Service

Perfectly adequate hotel but poor bar set up. You have to join the queue for ordering food and guests prevaricating over what they want to eat, even if you only want a drink from the bar. The three staff members were pleasant enough but were expected to perform multiple tasks so that only one person was serving a constant line of 10-15 guests.

Perfectly Acceptable

It's an airport hotel. If you're looking for a place to stay close to Heathrow with a reliable shuttle, this is a good option. I've stayed here a couple of times on overnight layovers and the shuttle isn't free. You have to buy a ticket by either paying the driver directly or buying a ticket on a kiosk in the lobby. So it's not free, but it is reliable. There's a schedule posted on the check in counter and it runs at pretty much exactly those times. The rooms have been clean both times I've stayed here and the staff has been pleasant and helpful. It's a perfectly acceptable airport hotel if that's what you're looking for.

Pleasant good value hotel.

Good quality hotel. Nice breakfast, easy access from Lhr central bus Bus numbers 105, 111. Room comfortable. Nice bed. Not a lot of space, but what there is is good. My only complaint as such would be the shower room/ toilet. I am 6’4” and only just enough room to sit on the toilet, my knees touching the wall in front. However the shower and wash basin were both good quality. Pleasant staff. I normally stay in the Premier inn a little further on Bath Rd. Although not quite as good in my opinion, the room cost £66. Be careful when you arrive as I got off up the road at the Ibis style hotel and had to walk a mile further up the road to access the Ibis hotel.

This was my first experience of staying at an airport hotel. I chose Ibis because, in my search, it came up as the cheapest hotel out of all the ones on Bath road. I stayed at Ibis the night before my early morning outbound flight to Turkey. The highlight of my stay at Ibis is the great transport facilities as many buses stop at the bus stop- Harrington Corner, which is very close to the hotel. I had no problem reaching the hotel from Heathrow Central Bus stop. For my vey early morning flight, Hotel hoppa bus was the most convenient, cheapest, safest and quickest way to reach Terminal 2 from the hotel. Hotel Reception staff were very polite and friendly. Check in was very quick. I am also impressed with the Hotel’s communication with their customers. I received a detailed email containing all the information I needed such as how to reach the hotel via public transport. The room was quite small but it did not bother me because I was on my own and only had one suitcase and a small bag. Having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room was great. I wish there was a small fridge in the room so I could store the food I was carrying with me. Also having a complementary bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Hope Ibis would look into providing these. All in all I had a comfortable stay and would use Ibis again.

This property had a clogged shower stall. The maintenance man came up and removed a very large clump of hair from the drain. The problem was fixed within a few minutes. I had been in many hotels on this trip, and this one just did not impress me.
