Quality deteriorating

Advertised prices via QR not same as at till Same for products. Very misleading. Food disappointing for price and quantity. Naan bread was like a small wafer! Bed and pillows very poor comfort wise. Ended up with sore back. Staff, however, very friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wasn’t prepared the hotel to be a cashless hotel. As I don’t have a credit card it was a bit difficult. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a conveniently located hotel close to Heathrow with many public bus options close by. The room was clean and tidy with lots of amenities. I would recommend this for a short stay close to Heathrow.

Low price, lower quality!

Check in process was ok, until we got up to the door of our room and the keycard didn’t work! Decor was tired, run down and looked borderline dirty (probably through age) in the corridors. Quality of the room was low. Sheets only covered the mattress topper, bed was uncomfortable and the room was noisy. Bathroom was probably the best part of the room. No issues there. This place resembles a hostel rather than an ibis hotel.
