Property was great as only a few minutes walk from theatres and other things we wished to do. Staff were polite and attentive, and greeted us on each passing. Minor issue which might only be room 305 was the buzzing noise soon after 7am. Great place to stay though, being so central and close to Leicester Sq and Whitehell among many other things

Great for a 1 night stay
Excellent central location with good sound proofing. Rooms are tiny but ok for 1 night had a great view. Will charge £15 per bag if you want to leave one which is steep so we went down the road to the national portrait gallery where they only charge £5

The location & staff were excellent. The room & bathroom was very clean, quiet & black out blinds were excellent. The mattress & pillows were hard. The bed was very narrow so we didn’t sleep well. Missed having a tv or radio to get the news

This modern hotel is in a great location for a tourist. Clean rooms and a staff that was always helpful. However, the simplistic approach may have gone too far. No chair, table, TV or room phone. The rooftop restaurant is excellent. If your under thirty and live on the internet, you will like it.

Not great, not terrible. Average. Missing basics.
I mean it’s fine. And staff are friendly. But here’s the deal breaker - put a kettle and some coffee (or a coffee machine) and a TV in the room. Why a hotel doesn’t have these I’ll never know - let alone one that costs nearly £300 a night. Staff are friendly and it’s clean and tidy, but I’m afraid that’s about it.

Nice spacious room. Really comfy bed and pillows. There's no TV or tea and coffee making in the room, but there's lots of shops on the doorstep and it's great for a stay over. Nice modern and friendly vibe to the place.

Location excellent
Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else.
