Avoid - Cold & Dated

Avoid this hotel. The room was tiny, cold, dated, and very noisy as right next to the runway. Additional charge of £8 per way to use the pods to travel to and from the terminal.

Really convenient for Heathrow and ideal for a night before an early morning flight. Uber to terminal about £24 from here

This was a good spot to stay after arriving on a long haul flights and heading out the next day. The overall hotel is a bit older, there is no lift to first floor, but they have made an effort to update and modernise where possible. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was good and getting to hotel really easy using the Pods, and fun.

Located in a car park with a detention removal centre adjacent, for the poor souls our rascist politicians are disgracefully deporting. Not the happiest location for a hotel.

Really convenient to use the pod to travel to and from T5 and the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast!

Going Someehere else next time.

Hotel was old and worn. Room was tiny. Environment was noisy. Bed was uncomfortable. Sleep was restless. Overall, we wouldnt stay again.

We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general.
