Great location, few minutes walk from terminal 4, don’t even have to go outside. Clean property, nicely designed. Breakfast area is very nice and comfortable.

The hotel all together was good but I suggest a fridge, microwave and toilet brush in each room. It was easy to catch the bus from there. Also, there needs to be water in the room.

Use the Holiday Inn at LHR Airport a few time, the checkin service is fast staff are pleasant. The room are clean and comfortable there is the choice of three on site restaurants. Very convenient hotel for a layover.

Worth it!

Great place to stay if you need to overnight at Heathrow. The walk from the hotel to departures takes minutes and you don’t have to go outside. The included breakfast had many great options. Also close to underground as well. Highly recommend.

It’s a decent hotel, check in was quick and staff was polite. The carpet in the room was covered in stains bit overall the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean so a good place to stay for a night. It’s also a short walk away from T4 so very convenient.

The shower spray mounting was broken. The carpet was stained and not cleaned. The trim around the amenities shelf was separating . The room was very small for the amount that was charged
