The breakfast was excellent. The staff there were very nice and helpful. The other staff were okay. The room was small and had no place to put all our luggage. We had to call housekeeping for a washcloth and had to pay for an adaptor. Other necessities were provided.

Great for a short stay before flying out in the morning. I’ve stayed here numerous times now and find the staff very helpful and friendly, rooms more than adequate and the fact it’s connected to terminal 4 makes things easy. We fly from t5 but it’s an easy tube ride to the terminal from t4. Just handy all around - thanks!

It was another great stay at Holiday Inn. Excellent customer service, easy check in, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great. I give 10/10 for the exceptional service.

Feels a bit like a prison with a window out to the lobby, it’s convenient if you have a layover for terminal 4 but that’s about it. Can travel to central London in about an hour if the trains work. Room was semi clean but pretty cramped even with the sofa bed option swapped for a baby cot.

First room we were give had large stain on carpet by bathroom door and rest of room seemed grubby. Asked for another room which smelled like it had been smoked in. Carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed and bathroom floor unclean. Carpet in room and hallways stained.
