Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean . Only issue was really no place to hang bathroom towels if you wanted to reuse them another day. Otherwise had a wonderful stay.

The property was clean and uncluttered. I was a bit miffed by the desk person. She indicated that i had not stipulated what kind of room i wanted when i kmow in order to book i did search a double room. She saw me with my husband and said that she can decide what kind of room i get and strongly suggested i take a room with 2 single beds. Only when i enquired if the hotel was completely full did she do a search and gave a room with a double/queen bed. Very disappoiting for Holiday in Express as my stay in Vancover a few years ago was sooo very different. That being said the room was clean and adequate. We were only there for a few hours as we had an early flight. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff at the buffet area were very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommed staying there but also stand your ground with your booking. I checked in at almost midnight so being tired could have caused me to give in and take single beds just to get some sleep but i know what i paid for and had to request same. 5am start of breakfas was also a deciding factor in making booking we were abke to grab a quicknhot breakfast before leaving ..

Holiday Inn Express Heathrow T4 is a great option for anyone with an early flight out. Staff kindly arranged a breakfast pack for us when we told them we would be leaving earlier than breakfast buffet in the restaurant which by the wayis 5am. Happy to recommend.
