I found the corridors filthy, the room was ok. The £15 charge to store luggage I found to be ludicrous, never come across a hotel charging for this before! Location was good. But wouldn’t stay again due to the luggage storage charge and charges for iron/hairdryer!

Check in at 3 fair enough but if you arrive early and your room is ready you’re charged €40. Then 10am check out and €15 per bag hold. So not worth it for one night. Internal room was claustrophobic and stifling.

Comfortable room & location was spot on. Hotel to get to your room was a maize but when you get there room was clean & tidy. Would stay there again most definitely. Do they have a disabled room? Need to find out as distance is a problem getting to the room.

Very basic room but good location.
The hotel floor felt like a maze, packed with many rooms with no windows. Limited ventilation and you can quite easily hear people walk outside. Everything can be chargeable at this hotel, eg. £10 for hiring hair dryer for 8 hrs. The toilet was also a disaster. The shower will easily make the whole floor wet and unpleasant. We found hair here and there when we first walked into the room. Staffs were friendly in general. Hotel is at a great location in Soho.

A great bargain hotel in superb location. Beds were comfy, shower was great. We didn’t get the room we booked (Superior- were given a cocoon 8) but it was fine. Lovely breakie included too.

Great rooms and service but smelly restrooms
My wife stayed here solo as well as with some friends for a concert in London, and she praised the service, hospitality, room sizes, but said the restrooms in one of the rooms smelled incredibly foul to a point where they wanted to check out as soon as checking in. Additionally, everything costs extra so keep that in mind. But the smell is what disappointed me. The room is priced reasonably but you shouldn't have to deal with foul smell.

Loved how convenient and centrally located this was. My only drawback was the lack of windows… I know that everything is very descriptive but it was hard for my circadian rhythm to adjust as there was no way of my body telling time. Other than that great experience!

Everything was OK until we got to the counter, they were charging us 40GBP to do the early check-in, so we asked to just store our luggage until the normal check-in time, but we were really surprised they were trying to charge 15GBP per bag, so we would have to pay 45GBP just to get our luggage stored... In my whole life I have never seen a hotel charching such big amount of money just to store the luggage, since that moment we were really disgusted. After that, we got our room, but seemed like the pipes were obstructed, there is no division between the shower and the toilet, so every time we took a shower, all the water flooded completely the toilet area, and also the sink took lot of time to drain. Overall pretty bad experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I would not recommend this property. The fact that there is t a tv in any rooms, no ice or amenities you might need available. Had to leave property just to get something to drink rather it be water, tea, anything. The staff stays at the front and assists in checking in and there are many to help and that’s all the help you get. Rooms didn’t have outlets in bathrooms. Wasn’t a fun stay for sure.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of Piccadilly. The room we were assigned at first was much smaller than the picture and we could not even open our suitcases. However, the staff was kind and helped us by giving us a new room free of charge.
