Check in was simple. We got to our room and did a quick check for bed bugs and found a bug underneath the covers. We went down to the desk and the manager was able to give us a new room with no questions asked along with breakfast in the morning. Our replacement room also had bugs under the sheets on the mattress. At this point, we just wanted a different hotel altogether. They would not give us our money back so we could book elsewhere, no matter how many times we showed them the pictures we took of the bugs. It also felt like the male manager was trying to underplay the situation, saying the bugs in the pictures were lint and not bugs, when we had told him several times we watched them move! They were able to get us booked at a different hotel not far, but an equivalent room would have cost us more which did not make sense since the move was not something caused by us. The staff was prompt in answering our questions but we still would have preferred to take our $830 for three nights elsewhere instead of letting them have it for a smaller room at a different hotel in an area we didn’t plan to be in.

The room was basic but that was expected. What wasn’t expected was the at when we returned to the room at 11pm the floor was vibrating with the noise of the night club below. The songs could be heard as if we were sleeping on the dancefloor. Thankfully after going down to reception we got moved to a higher floor in a different area of the hotel. From that point on all seemed well, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The last negative was that when we left we found bed bugs on our bag. After reading through reviews we have since seen others have had this issue. A shame as the location is perfect.

Great value, considering the location. Next to Picadilly’s Station and within walking distance to many tourist attracts and shopping areas. Minimalistic rooms, so only bed and bathroom. There isn’t alot of space for luggage or toiletries, or any places to sit in the room. No windows. Surprisingly quiet and comfortable

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues
I didn’t actually get to stay in this hotel – I was moved here from Zedwell Piccadilly, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. So here’s my review for that. The room had a strange smell, which wasn’t welcoming at all. When I checked the bedding, it was full of hairs, making it feel quite unclean. To make things worse, the mattress was overhanging from its base, adding to the overall discomfort. My sleep was heavily disrupted as the room was underground, right next to three train lines. Every time a train went by, it was not only loud but also shook the room. The aircon was another issue – it was noisy, but I had to keep it on because otherwise, the room got unbearably hot. All in all, a disappointing stay that I wouldn’t recommend.

Really poor service. Booked as breakfast included, not mentioned at check in so I messaged the WhatsApp service to ask for clarification and was given times for breakfast Mon-Fri (we stayed on Saturday night). I asked for timed for Sunday and was told it was served at the Hard Rock Cafe for 15% discount, then when I queried the fact it should have been included I got a rude reply of "CORRECT. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED" and no further info. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast as we couldn't get any clarity. Room itself was clean enough.

The hotel is conveniently located and the bed is comfortable. The rooms are basic but ok. My main reason for not wanting to go back is that uou, as a guest are charged 15 pounds to keep you luggage, this is considerably more expensive than almost any other luggage storage facility and double of what i paid for a facility 10 min walk away. And 40 pounds to check in two hours early is ridiculously considering the night cost 125.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover my room had no windows—it felt more like being in a storage unit than a hotel. There was no fridge, TV, or even a telephone to call the front desk for assistance, which made basic communication inconvenient and frustrating. To make matters worse, the hotel charges an extra £10 just to use a hair dryer, which felt like a cash grab given the already subpar amenities. Only two towels and a small hand towel were provided in the room, leaving me feeling like the hotel was cutting corners at every turn. Walking down the hallways felt unsettling, almost like entering a prison. On top of all this, the location was terrible for taxi or Uber pickups, making it difficult to come and go without hassle. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

This has been the worst experience of my entire life. My brother and I stayed on the first floor from 10/12/24 -10/16/24 in room 1-308. WE BOTH CONTRACTED A SCABIES INFECTION DURING OUR STAY! It has been 3 weeks and we are still dealing with scars and itching from the scabies, even after treatment. I had other family members who stayed on a different floor and they did not have this problem. Once we realized it was some form of bed bugs in the room causing the issue, we requested a room change and they moved us just a couple doors down on the same floor. The manager at the front desk confirmed that they had been dealing with bed bugs recently and that they were aware of the problem. I am still trying to get a refund and it has been 3 weeks. The customer service is horrible and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone. Not only am I suffering and missing work, but I can barely get in touch with anyone. I never had this happen ever in my life and I am not sure how I will be able to ever stay in another hotel again. i am completely traumatized and emotionally exhausted from dealing with this. IF YOU SEE THIS, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
