What MOST I like from this hotel is their location. It’s central and accessible to local transportation and restaurants. What I DON’T like on this property is the missing lots of amenities (Hair Dryer, hanger, and other. And their cleaning service is the WORST as they only take your trash every 4th day of your stays (stayed 9 days). And towels are only changed every 4th day and towels are limited. They don’t vacuum your room as we had to clean ourselves. Planned to bring your own cleaning paraphernalia.. Place is EXPENSIVE.

The bar Coyote Ugly is below the rooms and you hear the songs/beat till 3am every night. Was NOT enjoyable and could not sleep. They don’t have any tables in the room to place stuff on so have to use the floor. They do not have ice available for the guests.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed so far. Not worth the price. No windows, no where to hang clothes, no hair dryer (need to rent). Bathroom is flooding when taking shower and you need to keep turning off the water if you don’t want the water to flow all the way to the bed area. If you arrive early and want to leave your luggage, You need to pay based on the weight of your luggage which is insane!!

Great location for the busy London night life. Close to bus stop and the tube. The hotel is set up for self service - self check in, check out, etc. Be prepared to have a difficult time getting to staff for help or questions.

The hotel is in a perfect location, decent sized rooms and very clean. However, the staff is not responsive to guest issues. I had booked and prepaid before arrival. I was charged again by the hotel. I have emailed 2 managers and none of them have responded. One of them I talked to personally and told me to email them, yet he never replied. I asked multiple times for then to give me a reciept where it indicated their mistake so I could dispute with my credit card if needed. I need this issue solved asap!

So there was some hesitation booking this hotel based off the reviews. For those on the fence here are positives and negatives. The biggest factor going for them is their location. The room was clean. The drawbacks are simple. If you are used to North American sized rooms you will be horrified. There is a bed and bathroom. Nowhere to sit except the bed. The bathroom door shows outlines clearly so be careful. Also the hotel has an earlier checkout time than most hotels and charges to store luggage which other hotels ive stayed at in London do not. If you are just using the room as a place to crash and are solo its fine. If you want to relax and unwind I reccomend looking at other similarly priced hotels. You can do alot better than this hotel and the tube is so easy to navigate, dont feel obligated to stay here due to its location.
