Great stay.

Lovely clean hotel and room. Good amenities in the room, not overly big but certainly suitable for what we needed. Breakfast was great, decent choice and easy. Very polite and friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Great service and hotel room

I appreciated the water refill station as not a lot of hotels offer that. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered many options. The hotel was highly accomodating to a room change as my girlfriend was unwell and they catered to our needs. Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable as well as a good location

Excellent - will stay again

Very impressed. Excellent VFM for central London. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located for the tube. And lovely bit of lounge music to round off the evening. My only gripe was the bed was too soft!

President Hotel

Very good location. Close to Euston and the West End. Hotel check in was very efficient. Rooms have been renovated so clean , good bed and good bathroom facilities. The fact that I am booking another stay here very soon demonstrates how satisfied we were.

Fab hotel

Our stay was amazing we came for my son’s 10th birthday and our room was done up with balloons and petals on bed say10 and a birthday card left for him. I am gluten free and they went above and beyond for me offering to make fresh food gluten free bread and went over everything every morning. The rooms was cleaned everyday nothing was too much trouble.

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms

We managed to check in slightly earlier with ease. The room was a fantastic size, modern with great facilities. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was excellently located.

Shower didn’t work properly. Could adjust the heat setting and the drain plug was blocked so the water built up and would’ve flooded. Staff advised on check out as only stayed one night.

Hotel was excellent along with most staff. Had a meal in bar/lounge one evening took forever to get our drinks we had ordered. Plus took quite awhile to get our meals. Supervisor on shift noticed without us saying anything and went and made our drinks herself. It really wasn’t that busy.

Good stay

We stayed one night with family of 6. The triple rooms seem to offer good value. Rooms were reasonbly spacious even with an extra bed, and good shower. Great breakfast and nice bar. Only about 20 mins walk to the theatres so good location too. View from room was pretty grim but didnt matter for us. Would recommend.

Central location with walkable distances to museums, shopping districts, and underground tube access. It’s safe, Russell Square nearby is beautiful for morning walks, there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room itself was cozy but clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure. 13/10 would stay here again

Breakfast was very good, saved lots of time as we did not have to find a breakfast place. Property was clean and close to tub station. Would definitely go back.
