Lovely stay. Staff so friendly and very polite and helpful. Room clean and the bed so so comfortable. Breakfast was very good and anything you wanted you could find there.

Great base for exploring London
Stayed here for a weekend away with my husband. Great location near Russell Square tube so very easy into Leicester Square. Room was comfortable and a good night sleep. Only thing was that it was quite hot in the room with no air con. Staff very friendly and great breakfast range.

Not bad but a bit tired, comfy beds and art deco
Not bad. Decent price for London. It's a bit oldy worldy and very art deco but the room was clean, beds were comfy and price was good. Shower was awful though. No pressure and either scolding or freezing. Overall decent for a 1 night stay but not sure I would want to be there for longer. Didn't try the breakfast but looked decent and busy.

The shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. We called for service, but they were unable to fix the issue. Additionally, the room was extremely small—by far the smallest we've ever stayed in.

Overall very centrally located and easy to walk to main areas and taking the tube. Lots of food places around the area too. Thankfully our room was on the 5th floor so relatively quiet although we did hear from other residents on lower floors complaining on the noise. The hotel room was very hot and hard to sleep at night. The shower unfortunately was either scolding hot or freezing cold. These are minor issues that if resolved would make the stay more pleasurable for guests.

Fantastic
I could not fault the room it was very clean bed was amazing so comfortable nice and quiet on the 7th floor hot shower was perfecto very good power and adjustable heat tea and coffee facility's and clean cup Better sleep than my own residence

The President hotel was in a perfect location, ideal for walking to Covent Garden and various other tourist attractions. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Overall a pretty good stay. Room sizes...well it's central London so compact and bijou is the name of the game. Can't complain. Biggest issue was the SINGLE lift to the 7th floor which could barely fit in my mum's wheelchair with great difficulty and often a long wait. If you're a wheelchair user insist on a lower floor! Wifi in rooms very unreliable. Breakfast good.
