Proximity to airport was great. It cost 13-17 pounds by taxi from Heathrow to the hotel and back to Heathrow the next day

Quality Budget Hotel
Had a lovely night stay at the hotel. Me and my partner were very satisfied with both the quality of service, help and friendliness of staff. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. The only negative was beautiful laid bathroom floor that was surprisingly creaky. Easy to get to terminas from location.

Overall a good hotel. Decent sized room and comfort bed. Good quality complimentary tea and coffee. Only real concerns were that there were only 2 small elevators and one of was out of service during our entire stay, so the wait was long much of the time, due to both its slow speed and being full much of the time as although the person max. was 8 people really only 6 people could fit it, even less if someone had luggage. Also, the bathroom shower was jusy a basic handheld shower and not a rainfall shower. The shower was very slow to drain and with only about 1cm depth, needed to be careful that the water did not spill out onto bathroom floor. The front desk staff although friendly, were a little reserved.

Its an airport hotel thats cheap, its not great but it is convenient. I felt my room was still a little dirty but i arrived late and was checking out early so no time to complain and get a change of room, i just needed to sleep.

Perfect hotel for quick stay esp if you have to rush back to Heathrow for flight next day! Clean, reasonable rates & friendly people! Always stay there when we go to London for the day & leave early the next morning for another city!

Easy checj in and out, staffalso arranged transport to airport cost £15, excellent restaurant reasonably priced food also pub across road call three magpies also do food ,complimentary tea and coffees in restaurant and lounge area , so all in all although 3 star however get 5 star treatment , will definitely stay here again
