Good Airport Hotel (Not Great Luggage Drop-off)
The hotel is pricey, but quite good. The staff was professional and helpful, and the quality of the restaurant food was a nice surprise. One complaint: there is no temporary parking to drop luggage, so when we arrived we had to stop in a "No Parking" zone below, and I dragged our bags upstairs to check in while my wife stayed with the car. There was no bell staff to assist. Not a warm welcome.

Staff is wonderful! The bar and restaurant are expensive, but that is expected in this location. The hotel is promoted as having a walkway to terminal 2 and 3 at Heathrow. This is correct but be aware that getting to terminal 3 is a bit confusing (the directions provided had incorrect images and text directions not clear) and a much longer walk to terminal 3 than expected. We did a practice run the night before our flight and I'm glad we did. Trying to find the way to terminal 3 with a deadline would have caused additional anxiety not needed at the end of a vacation.

Very clean and convenient
We had a flight out of terminal 3 in the morning, and had to return our rental car to the terminal 2 short term parking garage the night before, which is attached to this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, it was about a 5 minute walk from dropping off the rental car to the hotel, and then about a 10-15 minute walk to terminal 3 in the morning - no need to take a shuttle (although there is plenty of available shuttles to other terminals within walking distance of this hotel, as well as an Underground station). I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone flying in or out of terminals 2 or 3, it took so much stress out of our travels not having to worry about commuting and just being able to walk to the terminal in the morning when it was time for our flight. On top of that, the room was very clean and spacious, and had a view of the runway! Will definitely stay here again the next time we fly in/out of Heathrow.

Our check-in with Clofa was delightful and easy. We chose a room not overlooking the runways because we worried about noise, but we needn't have - the soundproofing to the outdoors was excellent, and the views from the 8th floor bar were definitely worth stopping for a drink and a snack. (On the downside, the soundproofing between rooms was not so good, particularly plumbing noise... oh well, nothing's perfect.) Our room was clean and comfy and the on-site dining plus easy access to our terminal made getting to our flight on time a breeze. Will definitely consider staying here again next time we're passing through LHR!

The hotel was so convenient on arrival to England and the staff were helpful and extremely friendly. We went to hotel restaurant and had a lovely dinner . Perfect way to start our vacation

The bed was comfortable and room clean but everything else was poor. Getting a lift was a nightmare so carried our cases up two flights of stairs, not welcoming as you would expect for a hotel of this standing. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location when overnighting at Heathrow. Staff was able to obtain a wheelchair for me; however, the doors leading to the rooms did not have handicap capability and was difficult to get into the hallway when exiting the elevators. We did thoroughly enjoy the Runway Bar and also dinner in the restaurant -- food was fast and very tasty! Staff bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied.
