Loved the hotel - didnt like the price point! Clearly taking advantage of where the hotel is located. Drinks in the bar and dinner were over the top expensive. We had a bottle of wine that cost £58 that sells for £15 retail. Save the money and bring snacks/food/drinks with you. We still enjoyed the stay especially the roof top bar and the room was very clean and well maintained. Recommend for its location and convenience - but the final bill is going to be painful! Very easy to find when arriving by national express to Heathrow central bus station.

Room 8015 had adjoining door, very noisy people in the room. Not much sleep. Hardly any tea or coffee sachets and milk in room, had to ask for more. Not good considering the price charged for the room!

I had a really lovely stay, thank you. The only critisism i have was that there were a lot of food dropped on the walkway leading back to the car park. It was 4.45am though so a bit early for it to be cleaned up.
