Great place for short stay we stayed for 3 days Over all nice area close to bus and train station We feel safe , always someone there if you need anything, very space room and comfortable the room also has air conditioning So I recommend

I liked the efficiency of the check in process. The staff that I interacted with were invariably polite and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed for this price range. The location in the Soho area was perfect for me. I did not like the physical building itself or the way it was laid out. There was nothing inviting in the lobby if I chose to meet friends there. The upstairs hallway was a confusing labyrinth and I had trouble finding the elevator on more than one occasion. The room looked out on a gloomy courtyard. Despite the drawbacks, I would not hesitate to recommend Numa to anyone visiting London.

A soulless experience
Hotel itself is fine but the whole experience of not having available staff is terrible. And quite worrying in a part of London that cut feel risky if you were travelling on your own. When I did need help no one relied from the app request for 30 minutes. I hunted down a cleaner in the meantime. Not a good stay.

A pleasant hotel, lots of information given when we arrived. Discount offered at various places close or next to the hotel. Room met our needs for a short stay. Bathroom unfortunately had black tape holding dispensers.

Really good location, walkable to Leicester Square, Soho etc. at a reasonable price for London. Great cafe next door where we had breakfast each morning. Easy check in and good communication through WhatsApp. Very comfy bed. Only comment would be to make it clear there are mats available for the bath/shower if you want one as we didn't realise this and found the bath slippy when having a shower.

Decent small hotel within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The room was clean but the rooms are quite small and the walls in our room were not very clean. It needs a paint job.

Disappointing
We were disappointed with our stay at this property. The pictures are good - they must have been taken some while ago. The room was tired - it could do with a lick of paint. The air con was broken - they did provide a fan but it was pretty useless. We ended up sleeping with the shared terrace door open. The door to the shared terrace did not lock - we told the team and they couldn’t do anything about it as maintenance were not on site. We had to put anything remotely valuable in the safe. The fridge had someone’s milk in it which had very clearly gone off. We bought some milk and soon discovered that the fridge was as warm as the room. Again, we informed the team and their answer was to store it in the fridge downstairs (we were on the top floor) and go and get it when we wanted a cup of tea. We didn’t drink any tea for the rest of our stay - we were on the top floor. The location was good - a nice park to stretch your legs in was nearby. It should have been a nice relaxing stay but it fell short of this. We didn’t want it to ruin the weekend so we just put up with it. Not a cheap stay. We will not be returning
