Escape to sunny paradise in this lovely three bedroom private home –only 10 minutes to beautiful South Beach Vero, also less than 5 minutes to downtown and shopping. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood – with a large entertaining yard with a hot tub! This home has beautiful and comfortable décor to meet all your needs and wishes. Great home for large families & friends with lots of space, many activities, and the Atlantic Ocean sandy beaches nearby. Dog friendly.

The space
The home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy dining & living area, three comfortable bedrooms, family room area, and two full baths. Washer & Dryer are in the garage, which was converted into two bonus rooms for more fun with family and friends. Screened in porch for relaxing. Board games and books. Yard games and patio furniture for outdoor fun. Enjoy the bbq, games, and fire pit in the large private yard.

Enjoyed!

We enjoyed our stay here, stayed for a month and it seemed the longer we were here the more we enjoyed it! Check in was great, there were no problems that we needed to contact Tiffany for while we were there so we texted when we got there and again when we left a month later. The house was very well stocked with anything we needed, kitchen, bathroom, laundry! The neighborhood was very nice with lots of friendly folks! It was a short drive to groceries, beach, a gym we joined, shopping, The back yard was very nice, our dog loved chasing the lizards and an occasional squirrel!overall, the place felt much like home. I would recommend it for a short stay or a longer stay either one!

Lovely Vero Villa

Our stay in Vero Beach

Our stay in Vero Beach was lovely, the house not so much. We had to clean a lot when we arrived. The house is advertised as air conditioned but in reality two rooms were not so they were useless. The furniture is very dated and the leftover dining room chairs were substituted as living room chairs. Not comfortable. The best part about the property was the fenced in yard for our fur baby. He loved it. The owner notified us that the hot tub was not working and they ordered a part. We contacted the property manager who also told us the part was on order. We were there a month and it was never repaired. The outdoor furniture was really dated and had not been cleaned in a while. Definitely not worth the $$$

A very good value. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Only slight,slight negitive. Some upgraded lounging furniture and up the temp on hot tub a couple degrees. Overall would definitely stay again. Perfect for our needs.

Just about anything you could think of needing for a fun beach vacation was provided for you, what an awesome experience! Fully gated yard but it is butting up to a busy street but did not hear road noise, etc, slept very well. Grill, fire pit, hot tub in a spacious yard to enjoy. Plenty of towels and blankets. We truly enjoyed our time at the rental and would not hesitate to stay again. If I could give any suggestions it would be less breakables (so cute but we had 3 kids with us) and more comfy areas to stretch out. But our party of 6 fit just fine and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you for sharing your place with us!

Adorable Rental with lots of charm

If you are looking for a centralized location to enjoy Vero Beach and the surrounding area, this is a wonderful rental. Everything on the inside is updated and adorable, complete with a coffee bar and sun-filled back room with a big table to enjoy your guests. Backyard is fenced and this place is pet - friendly but there are a few small gaps that may be an issue to smaller dogs. I didn't venture outside much because Florida lizards are not my thing but if you do there is a small patio and a wonderful fire pit to enjoy. Tiffany was a joy to work with, as I presented her with all sorts of challenges in refining my rental window multiple times and she was nothing but patient and gracious with me. That alone deserves a 5 star rating! The place is about 10 minutes from the beach and only 4 minutes from the quaintest downtown Vero area with many restaurants and cute shops to choose from (I recommend Threads - an upscale consignment shop) and my favorite coffee shop (Coffee House 1420). There is so much to explore in Vero and I had easy access to so many new beaches to try. This rental is in a neighborhood off a busy street which isn't usually my go-to rental but it worked for me because of the three bedrooms and updated kitchen. And, both bathrooms had great water pressure and were very clean! Even has a washer and dryer in the garage and an endless supply of beach toys, chairs and towels. If that sounds like its a fit for you then go for it and you won't be sorry!

Lovely home

Very comfortable home. Has everything you need. We greatly enjoyed staying here. The backyard is expansive and loved the fire pit and hot tub. The only downside is it backs up to a street so being outside is a little noisy but still enjoyable.

Better than a hotel

We chose to stay here instead of a hotel so that the 4 teenagers could have their own space and instead of air mattresses at the in-laws. This place was perfect!! The location was close to EVERYTHING, the house was immaculate, communication was the owner was top-notch... the addition of the beach chairs/toys was the cherry on top! We will DEFINITELY be back every single time we come to Vero to visit my in-laws!
