Our group of 3 stayed here for one night and we wish we had more time here. Valladolid is a beautiful and easily walkable town and we loved exploring around. The property was very peaceful and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Staff friendly and helpful. Great location that was just out of the way from the busiest part of town. Coffee, bakery, juice, massage, money exchange all right by hotel. Advertised as breakfast included, but not actually included, have to pay. Overall amazing place!

Bonito hotel, pero ojo al escoger tu habitación
Claro, aquí tienes una versión mejorada y más estructurada de tu reseña: El hotel nos pareció muy bonito, con un diseño y una atmósfera agradables. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con la habitación no fue del todo positiva. Optamos por la suite clásica (Suite Doña No-sé-que), ubicada en la planta baja junto a recepción y con ventanas que solo dan a la calle. Aunque la habitación es amplia, la falta de ventanas adicionales, tanto en el baño como en la entrada, hizo que se sintiera un poco cerrada, casi como una celda. Además, la ausencia de decoración en las paredes menos uno no ayudaba a crear un ambiente acogedor. Llegamos por la noche, y a la mañana siguiente pudimos apreciar lo bonito que es el hotel en general. Vimos que otras suites ofrecen un ambiente muy diferente y, probablemente, una experiencia más agradable. Por lo tanto, recomendaría el hotel, pero no esta habitación en particular.

Great hotel in the heart of Valladolid

Fantastic location
The property is lovely & a really fantastic location - just a few minutes (or less) walk to the main plaza, the bus terminal, the collectivo for Ek Balam, the grocery, & many restaurants. Cenote Zaci is an easy and direct 10 minute walk. The staff is super welcoming and helpful! The rooms are definitely not sound proof - & there was a lot of noise from firecrackers/fireworks (I was told it was nothing particular, just cultural - no idea what that meant) - it was happening during the day and until late in the night for all 4 days I was there, not sure if it's a regular thing or somehow just during my time there... This is not the fault of the property - I think I would have heard it from anywhere in the center of town. Either way, something to consider for traveling to Valladolid if you are noise-sensitive. As a single traveler, I felt very safe at the property and while walking around all over town. I appreciated that they have a water dispenser - but I really think basic coffee should be available in the morning for no charge (they do not offer it in the rooms). Aside from the coffee issue (which will be a consideration next time I come to Valladolid), I would happily stay again.

The only thing that I can say about the property is signage. Chalk it up to the rain that we had while driving in, but the signage for the property was hard to see so it took a min to find, but other than that... Totally staying here again!

This hotel in Valladolid was an amazing stay for us. The property was very well-maintained and looked exactly like the photos. Despite being located in town, it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Everything was within walking distance, and Cenote Zaci, which is a must-visit, was only about 7 minutes away. There were plenty of food spots and colorful streets nearby, perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and clean, and the swimming pool, surrounded by trees, was the perfect place to relax. The hotel only offered coffee, but we received two complimentary drinks thanks to our Expedia VIP perks. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel!
