This warm, modern farmhouse-themed townhome is in the perfect location in Tampa. You can see the water on Bayshore Boulevard from the end of the driveway, it has easy access to the Gandy bridge to take you to St. Petersburg nightlight and beaches, and less than a ten minute drive to downtown Tampa where you can experience the Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, bars, and restaurants. Excellent local restaurants are in walking distance as well! Inside, you find a large kitchen, and warm living room, dining table to seat six, a fireplace and half bath off the side. Upstairs has a master bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in closet and two vanities. There are also two guest bedrooms -one queen and one bunk bed room - and a BEAUTIFUL newly renovated bathroom.
