Was an initial stressful time at check-in. Arrived on friday and was told we didnt have our room for the first of our 3 night stay.They had learned this a few minutes before we checked in.They set us up at a different hotel for that night which was good. The initial panic could have been avoided with a heads up earlier than last minute.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful during my stay. The only negative was I did not have hot water on the first night of my stay. Will stay there again in the future!

Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely horrible. The first room we went into had dirty chips on the ground hadn’t been vacuumed and then upon going into the restroom, there was somebody’s dirty underwear on the ground, which means they didn’t check this room at all. Then they say that they are going to give us an upgrade, put us in an older room on a higher floor that was just as bad at that point I just gave up. We were there because we were out of power during hurricane and we just needed sleep, but I would not recommend this hotel to anybody thinking that it’s something special definitely not worth almost $300 per night.

My two teen boys and I stayed here after hurricane Helene when our power was out. It was a double queen bed room. The price was fair. I didn’t feel like they were price gouging at all. It was very clean. Too clean in the lobby because the cleaning products were too strong but I’d rather have that then dirty. our bathroom was a little cramped. The shower was very small for a 6ft boy. And there was nowhere to put your things in the shower. Not even a soap dish or towel road. That was really the only negative. I would stay here again.

I had very high hopes for this place. Come to find out they rent the place out to college students. So it’s very ran down and more like a rent by hour. Then the pictures describe it as a nice Place. I will never be back here to catch a cruise ship!!!!
