Our sink didnt drain and we rarely had a hot shower. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was good.

My Downtown Tampa Go To Now!

Other than there only being one working elevator the first night, the stay was great. It's a convenient spot with so much within actual walking distance for all ages and the free shuttle is great for non-pleasant weather days. Parking was only $10 a day compared to nearby places at $40 or more.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because of the convenience to Port Tampa because we were going on a cruise. The hotel is very old and the rooms smell muggy. The TV didn’t work until I hit the back of it. We booked a king room but when we got to the room it was a double queen. They said they didn’t have anymore king rooms. We will not be staying here again.

I love this hotel ! My stay was very pleasant the staff was excellent especially the manager Cara and Akeem they accommodated all of my needs. I did not have to worry about anything. This hotel had transportation to and from some of the surrounding events that was going on. The restaurant that’s located inside the hotel was very convenient. And everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again on my next trip.

The Barrymore is an older hotel but she's still in good shape. It's right on the riverwalk, has affordable parking that works with your room key, free washers and dryers, free shuttle, elevators worked great. We had a great stay there. No complaints. Will stay there again if we book a cruise out of Tampa. Did the Aquarium, History Museum and water taxis. And remember to check out the John Lennon statue out front

I really liked staying here at the Barrymore Hotel. The staff is very friendly and it has a restaurant located downstairs. I really love the convenience of having free transportation all to basically wherever we wanted to go.
