Mrs. Linda the lady who runs the continental breakfast was very welcoming.. She greeted everyone coming in as well as introduce herself to let us know who she is an also offer suggestions on what places are nice to visit while on vacation. I give Mrs. Linda 5 Stars and it's because of her customer service i will be back to stay at your hotel.

All of the front desk agents were very helpful and wonderful. Carlos our driver from the airport was awesome! Linda at breakfast was also very sweet. We had a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed a couple of nights before a cruise and stay ed one more night after the cruise. Linda the breakfast host was just amazing. I watched as people rush in and in got crowded everything was kept full and fresh and cleaned. You have one person doing the job of three and she handled it with ease.

Brenda and Sue are the best . They took care of me and my friend and made us feel at home. Got stuck in Florida an extra day due to hurricane and Brenda took care of us at the last minute. Linda at breakfast was also great. Kept the area clean and moved people out so others can sit and eat .

The staff was amazing. We were there for a cruise that kept getting extended and eventually canceled. Staff was accommodating to the changes we had. Totally awesome. Also the drivers to and from the airport were great. Will be staying there again when we come back to Tampa
