Last Minute Stay

We made a last minute booking after damage to our original premises caused us to rebook. The check in, valet, rooms and food were all very good. The only problem we had came with the bill as we were charges for valet parking on both rooms even though we only had one car. Very difficult to sort out the refund

Felt very safe during hurricane. Never lost power. Could hardly tell there was a storm outside. Would definitely use as an evacuation hotel any time.

Convenient location for event at Amalie Arena. Not many dining options around, breakfast on weekend could be a bit later and only offering valet parking but other than that a great hotel!
